1762例住院儿童意外损伤类型的分析

【摘要】：目的了解儿童意外伤害住院的原因,为有效预防提供依据。方法分析2008-2012年因意外伤害住院的1762例儿童病例,了解儿童意外损伤类目在不同性别、年龄、不同年份之间的差异和变化,根据帕累托法则找出儿童意外伤害住院的主要因素。结果导致儿童意外伤害住院的主要因素为接触热和烫的物质、跌倒、行人在运输事故中的损伤和暴露于无生命机械性力量下。3岁儿童以接触热和烫的物质、跌倒为主,3~6岁儿童以跌倒、接触热和烫的物质为主,6~14岁儿童以跌倒、行人在运输事故中的损伤为主。男童与女童性别比为2.1∶1。结论男童因意外伤害住院的人数大致为女童的两倍,不同年龄段之间儿童伤害的类目不同,可根据各年龄段特点采取相应的预防手段,降低其发生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the causes of accidental injury in children and to provide evidence for effective prevention. Methods 1762 cases of children hospitalized with accidental injuries from 2008 to 2012 were analyzed to find out the differences and changes between sexes, ages and years, and to find out the main factors of children's accidental injuries in hospital according to Pareto's rule. Results the main factors leading to the hospitalization of children with accidental injuries were contact with hot and hot substances, falls, pedestrian injuries in transport accidents and exposure to substances in contact with hot and hot substances in children aged 3 years under inanimate mechanical force. Fall was the main cause of fall in children aged 3 to 6 years old, and mainly in contact with hot and hot substances. In 614 years old children, falls and injuries of pedestrians in transportation accidents were the main ones. The sex ratio of boys to girls is 2.1: 1. Conclusion the number of boys hospitalized as a result of accidental injuries is about twice that of girls, and the categories of injuries of children in different age groups are different. The corresponding preventive measures can be taken according to the characteristics of different ages to reduce the incidence of injuries.
