【摘要】:目的讨论多层螺旋CT在评价分析心肌桥-壁冠状动脉的临床价值和意义。方法回顾性分析经冠脉CTA检查的60例心肌桥患者的冠脉后处理图像,标记其位置、测量壁冠状动脉的长度,观察其前后有无合斑块。按壁冠状动脉有无斑块相应分为两组,讨论心肌桥长度和斑块发生的关系。结果 60例患者存在65处心肌桥-壁冠状动脉,检出率为30.30%。左前降支心肌桥的发生率最高,为66.16%,16处壁冠状动脉前部合并斑块,而心肌桥的长度和壁冠状动脉斑块的发生无明显统计学意义(P0.05)。结论前降支中段心肌桥合并斑块发生率高于其他冠脉分支,心肌桥的长度对壁冠状动脉有无合并斑块无明显影响。多层螺旋CT可较好的评价心肌桥-壁冠状动脉形态改变。
[Abstract]:Objective to discuss the clinical value and significance of multislice spiral CT in the evaluation and analysis of myocardial bridge wall coronary artery. Methods the post-processing images of 60 patients with myocardial bridge underwent coronary CTA examination were retrospectively analyzed. The location and location of the coronary artery were measured, and the length of the wall coronary artery was measured. The relationship between the length of myocardial bridge and the occurrence of plaque was discussed in two groups according to the plaque of the coronary artery. Results there were 65 myocardial bridge - wall coronary arteries in 60 cases, the detection rate was 30.30%. The incidence of myocardial bridge in the left anterior descending branch was the highest, 66.16%, 16 in the anterior wall of the coronary artery, and the plaque length in the myocardial bridge was not significantly different from that in the left anterior descending coronary artery (P0.05). Conclusion the incidence of myocardial bridge in the anterior descending branch of the anterior descending branch is higher than that of the other coronary branches. The length of the myocardial bridge has no obvious influence on the plaque of the wall coronary artery. Multislice spiral CT can better evaluate the morphological changes of myocardial bridge wall coronary artery.
