【摘要】：目的研究总结多层螺旋CT诊断冠心病的临床价值和可行性分析。方法选取我院内科2013年1月~2016年1月收治的冠心病患者104例为研究对象,进行多层螺旋CT扫描和冠状动脉造影检查,将冠状动脉造影检查结果作为标准评价多层螺旋CT检查结果的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结果多层螺旋CT检测冠状动脉近段的敏感度、特异性和准确性都特别高,检测冠状动脉中段的临床意义也良好,但是检测冠状动脉远段的临床意义相对较差(P0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT检查冠心病具有一定临床价值,可以作为临床冠心病诊断和预后的一种检查方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the clinical value and feasibility of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods 104 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from January 2013 to January 2016 in our hospital. Multislice spiral CT scan and coronary angiography were performed. The results of coronary angiography were used as the criteria to evaluate the sensitivity of the results of multi-slice spiral CT. Results the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of multislice spiral CT in detecting proximal coronary artery were very high, and the clinical significance of detecting the middle segment of coronary artery was also good. But the clinical significance of detecting the distal segment of coronary artery is relatively poor P0.05.Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT examination of coronary heart disease has certain clinical value. It can be used as a diagnostic and prognostic method for clinical coronary heart disease.
