军队区域卫生信息一体化建设中医疗云平台的构建研究

【摘要】：阐述了云计算的巨大前景和军队区域卫生信息一体化建设中基于云计算构建的医疗云平台的主要系统及其功能设想。探索分析了军队区域医疗云平台的建设思路,指出了军队区域医疗云平台构建是推进军队区域卫生信息一体化建设的重大机遇,有利于提升服务保障军队伤病员能力水平,满足其各类个性化健康需求,是打造"能打胜仗"的强健部队的希望工程。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the great prospect of cloud computing and the main systems and functional assumptions of the medical cloud platform based on cloud computing in the integrated construction of military regional health information, and explores and analyzes the construction ideas of the military regional medical cloud platform. It is pointed out that the construction of military regional medical cloud platform is an important opportunity to promote the integration of military regional health information, which is helpful to improve the ability level of service and guarantee the military patients, and to meet its various individual health needs. It is a project of hope to build a strong and victorious army.
