数字化X线牙片与CBCT对牙根纵裂诊断价值分析

【摘要】：目的探讨牙根纵裂采取数字化X线牙片与锥形束CT(CBCT)诊断的价值。方法选取我院口腔内科2013年1月~2015年12月接诊的疑似牙根纵裂患者100例进行研究,入选患者均有完整临床资料,自愿接受本研究并签署知情同意书,均进行数字化X线牙片与CBCT诊断,分别定义为对照组与研究组。然后利用诊断金标准对两组诊断结果进行比较,观察记录两组真阳性、真阴性、假阳性、假阴性,并计算敏感性与特异性,然后采取统计学比较分析。结果根据金标准结果,确定牙根纵裂92例、排除8例,研究组敏感度、特异性、阳性检出率及阴性检出率均明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论牙根纵裂诊断中采取锥形束CT诊断,其诊断敏感度、特异性,以及阳性/阴性检出率要明显更高,相比数字化X线片诊断结果更符合金标准,有很好的临床诊断价值,值得借鉴。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of digital radiographs and CTCBCTs in the diagnosis of longitudinal root fractures. Methods 100 suspected cases of longitudinal root fractures received from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected and all the patients were enrolled in the study. All the selected patients had complete clinical data. Voluntary acceptance of the study and signing of informed consent, digital X-ray and CBCT diagnosis, respectively defined as the control group and the study group. Then the diagnostic results of the two groups were compared with the diagnostic gold standard, the two groups were observed and recorded the true positive. True negative, false positive, false negative, and calculated sensitivity and specificity. Results according to the results of gold standard, 92 cases of root longitudinal fissure were determined, 8 cases were excluded, the study group was sensitive and specific. The positive and negative detection rates were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and positive / negative detection rate are significantly higher in the diagnosis of root longitudinal fissure with conical beam CT. Compared with the digital X-ray diagnosis, the diagnostic results are more in line with the gold standard, and have good clinical diagnostic value, which is worthy of reference.
