某部营区蚤侵害调查及灭蚤效果观察

【摘要】:目的开展某部营区的蚤侵害调查,分析蚤害原因,评价蚤防治效果。方法蚤种类调查采用鼠体蚤指数法,粘蚤纸法用于营区不同场所蚤密度调查并评价灭蚤效果,蚤防治采用环境治理、大面积灭鼠和药物灭蚤相结合。结果捕获鼠25只,分类鉴定为3种,褐家鼠(84.0%)为营区优势鼠种;鼠体染蚤率为40.0%,鼠体蚤指数为2.12,蚤经分类鉴定为二齿新蚤、特新蚤指名亚种和缓慢细蚤3种,其中二齿新蚤(83.02%)为营区优势蚤种;不同场所蚤分布呈明显不均衡态势,以家属区贮藏室蚤密度最高,而人员活动密度最高的宿舍区则未捕获;通过2次药物处理后,所有场所灭蚤率均达100%。结论本次营区蚤害主要是由野猫和鼠类宿主活动带入,分布范围较广,危害较重,通过综合灭蚤措施,蚤害在短时间内得到了有效控制。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the causes of flea damage and evaluate the effect of flea control. Methods the flea species investigation was carried out by using the method of flea index and the method of sticking flea paper to investigate the density of fleas in different places and to evaluate the effect of flea control. The control of flea was controlled by environment, which was combined with drug and drug to kill fleas. Results 25 rats were captured and identified as 3 species and 84.0% of Rattus norvegicus) as dominant rodent species in the camp area. The rate of flea infection was 40.0m, the index of flea was 2.12.The fleas were identified as didentate fleas, new fleas by name subspecies and fleas species by name, among which 83.02 were dominant fleas in the camp area, and the distribution of fleas in different places was obviously uneven. The density of fleas in storage rooms was the highest in the family area, but the dormitory area with the highest density of personnel activity was not captured. After two drug treatments, the flea killing rate in all places reached 100. Conclusion the flea damage in this camp was mainly brought in by the host activities of wild cats and rodents. The area of distribution is wide and the harm is more serious. The flea damage is effectively controlled in a short time by comprehensive measures against fleas.
