原发腹膜后去分化脂肪肉瘤的CT表现及分型初探

【摘要】：目的探讨原发腹膜后去分化脂肪肉瘤(DDL)的CT表现及分型。方法回顾性分析16例经手术病理证实的腹膜后DDL患者的CT表现,并探讨其分型。结果肿瘤CT表现为边界清晰的软组织或脂肪密度肿块,其中单发肿块6例,多发肿块10例。根据其CT表现分为4型:Ⅰ型,单发脂肪密度为主肿块(2例);Ⅱ型,单发软组织密度为主肿块(4例);Ⅲ型,多个软组织密度肿块与脂肪密度肿块相邻(7例);Ⅳ型,多个相邻软组织密度肿块(3例)。结论腹膜后DDL患者CT表现有一定特点,不同的影像学分型有助于术前诊断及指导手术计划。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the CT features and classification of primary retroperitoneal dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDL). Methods CT findings of 16 patients with retroperitoneal DDL proved by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.
