2037名驻高原官兵认知功能降低情况及其危险因素分析

【摘要】：正研究发现,高原环境会对人的认知功能,如短时记忆、注意广度及注意转换能力、思维判断能力等均有显著影响,会使高原军人的认知功能下降,对其心理知觉和心理运动能力产生影响,降低作业绩效~([1-2])。不同海拔高度~([3])、睡眠质量~([4])及环境改变~([5])等因素均会影响高原地区军人认知情况。本研究对2 037名驻高原官兵进行调查和分析,系统了解驻高原官兵的认知状况及其影响因素,为高原环境下军人认知功能的防护和健康服务研究提供科学有效的数据参考。
[Abstract]:A positive study has found that plateau environment has significant effects on cognitive function, such as short-term memory, attention span, attention conversion ability, thinking and judgment ability, and so on, which will decrease the cognitive function of soldiers at high altitude. Have an impact on their psychological perception and psychomotor ability, Factors such as different altitude ([3]), sleep quality ([4]) and environmental change ([5]) all affected the cognition of soldiers in plateau area. The investigation and analysis of 2,037 soldiers stationed at plateau were carried out in this study. In order to provide scientific and effective data for the study of the protection and health service of military cognitive function in plateau environment, the cognitive status and its influencing factors of officers and soldiers at high altitude were systematically understood.
