东方静默类放松运动对人血浆神经肽Y影响研究

【摘要】:目的:通过健康成年人血浆神经肽Y水平变化的对比研究,比较放松运动对神经肽Y影响,进而探讨放松运动产生放松效应的可能机制。 方法:把21名在校研究生,按自愿原则随机分为养生练习组(A,n=7)、瑜伽练习组(B,n=7)、空白组(C,n=7)。实验组进行为期八周,每次30分钟,隔日进行的锻炼,空白组维持日常生活秩序,期间不做任何体育锻炼,避免剧烈的活动。于八周后空腹安静状态和一次急性三分钟上下台阶运动后实验组采取功法练习放松,空白组自然放松10分钟,即刻采集受试者肘静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆神经肽Y含量,使用spss17.0软件对数据进行非参数检验、配对T检验,,对比神经肽Y水平变化趋势。结果:①八周放松运动后安静状态,实验组与C组对比神经肽Y浓度均未出现显著差异(P>0.05);A组略升高,B组略降低,A、B两组神经肽Y浓度出现显著性差异(P<0.05)。②一次急性三分钟上下台阶运动后实验组功法放松、空白组自然恢复10分钟,A、B、C三组实验前后神经肽Y水平变化均呈下降趋势(P>0.05),A组下降最明显,C组次之,B组下降较平缓。结论:①长期进行放松训练对神经系统产生良好的调控作用。②老子按摩法在“调身”、“调心”的放松效应上更突显其优点。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the effect of relaxation exercise on neuropeptide Y (NPY) in healthy adults and to explore the possible mechanism of relaxing exercise. Methods: according to the voluntary principle, 21 postgraduates were randomly divided into three groups: health training group, yoga practice group, and blank group. The experimental group was trained for eight weeks, 30 minutes each time, the other day, and the blank group maintained the order of daily life. After eight weeks of fasting quiet state and an acute three-minute up and down step exercise, the experimental group took the exercise to relax, and the blank group naturally relaxed for 10 minutes. The plasma neuropeptide Y content was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The data were tested by spss17.0 software and paired T test. The changes of neuropeptide Y levels were compared. Results: after 18 weeks of relaxation and exercise, There was no significant difference in the concentration of neuropeptide Y between the experimental group and the C group. There was no significant difference in the concentration of neuropeptide Y between group A and group C (P > 0.05). There was a significant difference in the concentration of neuropeptide Y between group A and group A (P < 0.05.2). The change of neuropeptide Y level in the blank group after 10 minutes of natural recovery showed a decreasing trend before and after the experiment. (P > 0.05) the decrease of neuropeptide Y in group A is the most obvious, and the decrease in group B is slower than that in group C. ConclusionThe long-term relaxation training of 1: 1 has a good effect on the nervous system. 2. Laozi massage has more advantages in relaxing effect of adjusting body and mind.
