不同负荷间歇游泳运动对衰老小鼠自由基代谢及抗氧化酶活性影响的研究

【摘要】:背景:衰老是生物体因受年龄增长的影响而发生的生理形态结构退化的一种表现,延缓衰老是人类亘古未变的愿望。运动可以抗衰老已是不争的事实,也是运动人体科学学者研究的热点之一,而存在较大争议的是运动方式的使用。 目的:本研究通过对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠进行不同负荷的间歇游泳训练,分析不同负荷间歇游泳运动对衰老小鼠不同组织中自由基代谢及抗氧化酶系统的影响,,探讨最有效的延缓衰老运动方式。 方法:对新购置小鼠注射D-半乳糖,进行衰老造模。将造模成功的衰老型小鼠按照每组10只的数量分成4组:①衰老对照组(OC)、②无负重间歇运动组(OS)、③负重间歇运动组(OL)、④无负重间歇运动与负重间歇运动交替组(OSOL),按照不同负荷的间歇运动进行6周游泳训练。训练结束后,将各组小鼠分别称重、处死、取出腓肠肌和心肌,检测腓肠肌和心肌中丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)等指标。 结果:(1)衰老无负重间歇运动组MDA含量与衰老对照组比较显著下降(P㩳0.05);SOD活性、T-AOC显著性升高(P㩳0.05);CAT、GSH-Px、活性极显著性升高(P㩳0.01)。 (2)衰老负重间歇运动组MDA含量与衰老对照组相比有所降低,但差异性不显著(P>0.05);SOD、 CAT、活性、T-AOC升高不明显(P>0.05);GSH-Px活性有显著性升高(P㩳0.05)。 (3)交替运动组MDA含量与衰老对照组比较有显著性下降(P㩳0.05);SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性、T-AOC都有极显著性升高(P㩳0.01)。 结论:三种不同负荷的间歇游泳运动方式对延缓衰老都有一定的作用。无负重间歇运动对提高组织的抗氧化酶活性有一定的促进作用,但抗衰老的作用不显著;负重间歇运动对机体自由基及抗氧化酶的影响不明显;交替运动对机体组织自由基代谢及抗氧化酶活性的影响均大于无负重间歇运动和负重间歇运动,延缓衰老的作用也最明显。
[Abstract]:Background: aging is a manifestation of the deterioration of physiological structure of organisms affected by age, and delaying aging is the eternal desire of human beings. It is an indisputable fact that exercise can resist aging. It is also one of the hotspots of sports human body scientists, and the use of sports methods is controversial. Objective: to study the effects of intermittent swimming training on free radical metabolism and antioxidant system in different tissues of aging mice induced by D-galactose. To explore the most effective anti-aging exercise mode. Methods: the newly acquired mice were injected with D-galactose. The successful aging mice were divided into 4 groups according to the number of 10 mice in each group. The control group was divided into 4 groups. For group OSOL, swimming training was carried out for 6 weeks according to intermittent exercise with different loads. After the training, The mice in each group were weighed and killed, and the indexes of malondialdehyde (MDA) MDAA, catalase (catalase), superoxide dismutase (SOD), total antioxidant capacity (T- AOC), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) were detected in gastrocnemius and myocardium. Results (1) the content of MDA in aging without weight intermittent exercise group was significantly lower than that in aging control group. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and T-AOC increased significantly (P < 0.05). The activity of GSH-Px in CATX was significantly increased. 0.01g. (2) the content of MDA in the aging weight-bearing intermittent exercise group was lower than that in the aging control group, but the difference was not significant (P > 0.05), the activity of T-AOC was not significantly increased (P > 0.05), the activity of GSH-Px was significantly increased. 0.05. The content of MDA in the alternating exercise group was significantly lower than that in the aging control group. The activity of GSH-Px and T-AOC were significantly increased in CATX. 0.01g. Conclusion: three kinds of intermittent swimming exercises with different loads have certain effects on delaying senescence. Intermittent exercise with no load can promote the activity of antioxidant enzymes in tissues, but the effect of anti-aging is not significant. The effects of intermittent exercise on free radical and antioxidant oxidase were not obvious, and the effects of alternate exercise on free radical metabolism and antioxidant enzyme activity were greater than those on intermittent exercise without load and intermittent exercise with weight. The effect of delaying aging is also the most obvious.
