小儿右心房横纹肌瘤一例

【摘要】：正患者女,4个月。足月顺产,其母在分娩当天外院超声检查发现胎儿"右心房等回声占位"。近1个月出现哭闹后气促、口唇及面颊部青紫,休息后缓解,不伴咳嗽、咳痰。心电图提示窦性心律,实验室生化检查无明显特殊。体检:发育尚可,营养正常,颈两侧对称,无颈静脉怒张及颈静脉异常搏动;心率99次/min,节律整齐,心脏相对浊音界扩大,胸骨左缘第2、3、4肋间闻及Ⅱ/6级收缩期喷射样杂音。
