左肾上腺血管淋巴管瘤1例

【摘要】：正患者男,42岁,体检发现左侧肾上腺占位1个月入院。CT:平扫示左侧肾上腺一分叶状低密度肿块,CT值10 HU,内见多个结节状钙化灶,边界清晰(图1A);增强扫描3期病灶均强化不明显,CT值分别为16、14、14HU(图1B);CT诊断为肾上腺错构瘤。遂行腹腔镜下左肾上腺肿瘤切除术,术中见肿物位于肾上腺内侧肢,大小约1.5cm×2.0cm,游离左侧肾上腺,剥离后完整切除整个肿瘤。病理示肿物呈多房状,囊腔大小不一,囊壁厚薄不均,少量淋巴细胞浸润,囊壁内衬单层扁平上皮,腔内含血液或淋巴液;病理诊断:肾上腺血管淋巴瘤,伴钙
[Abstract]:A 42-year-old male with a left adrenal mass was admitted to the hospital for 1 month by physical examination. Ct scan showed a low density mass of the left adrenal gland with a CT value of 10 HU.Many nodular calcifications were found in the lesion. The boundary was clear (Fig. 1A); the CT value of all the lesions in phase 3 of enhanced scan was 16 ~ 14 ~ 14 HUU (figure 1). Laparoscopic resection of left adrenal neoplasms was performed, and the tumor was located in the medial adrenal limb during the operation, the CT scan showed that the lesions were located in the medial adrenal limb, and the tumor was located in the medial part of the adrenal gland. The size of the tumor was about 1.5cm 脳 2.0 cm, the left adrenal gland was free, and the whole tumor was removed completely after exfoliation. Pathology showed that the tumor was multilocular, the size of the cyst cavity was different, the thickness of the cyst wall was uneven, a small number of lymphocytes infiltrated, and the cystic wall was lined with a single flat epithelium.
