双源CT双能扫描与常规扫描头颈部CTA的应用对比

【摘要】:正病例资料随机纳入A、B两组一般情况无差异的患者,采用圆形ROI,放置于待测血管截面的中心区域,测量颈总动脉分叉处、颈内动脉、大脑中动脉MI段(middle cerebral artery,MCA)及同层面颈内静脉的CT值。计算颈总动脉与颈内静脉CT值的差值(D值),评价双能CT两种扫描方案的强化效果及静脉污染程度。在同层面图像上测量同侧胸锁乳头肌、竖脊肌、颞肌的CT值作为背景信号(SI背景)。放置3.0 cm2以上ROI于身体同侧的空气内,
[Abstract]:The data of positive cases were randomly included in two groups of patients with no difference in general conditions. The patients were placed in the central area of the cross section of the blood vessel to be measured by circular ROI, and the internal carotid artery was measured at the bifurcation of the common carotid artery, the internal carotid artery, and the internal carotid artery. Ct value of middle cerebral artery and internal jugular vein in middle cerebral artery. The difference between CT value of common carotid artery and internal jugular vein was calculated and D value was calculated to evaluate the enhancement effect and the degree of venous contamination of two kinds of dual-energy CT scanning schemes. In the same plane, the CT value of the common carotid artery and the internal jugular vein was calculated and the degree of venous contamination was evaluated. The ipsilateral sternoclavicular papilla muscle was measured on the image. The CT value of erector spinal muscle and temporal muscle was used as background signal for SI background. ROI was placed in the air of the same side of the body for more than 3.0 cm2.
