不同体质与发育状况青少年运动损伤的相对风险研究

【摘要】:研究目的:青少年己成为运动损伤高发人群,运动损伤成为意外伤害的重要因素。了解初中生青少年运动损伤现状特点,采取合理措施预防运动损伤对保障青少年安全、有效地参与体育运动至关重要。本文通过对初中生近一年中的运动损伤现状进行调查,测试初中生体质各要素相关指标,分析各指标与运动损伤的相关性,了解发生损伤的原因,提出相应建议和措施,以期为青少年的运动损伤做好预防工作。 研究方法:采用问卷调查法,对北京市某中学1011名学生近一年中参与体育运动中的各类损伤状况进行调查,评估其生长发育水平和体质状况。数据分析使用spss13.0,包括卡方检验、描述性统计分析、非条件logistic回归分析等。 研究结果:(1)过去1年中有56.6%的人会发生损伤,女生发生损伤的人数比例达到52.8%。男生损伤人数比例达60.8%,男生损伤比例高于女生。 (2)通过Regression中Binary Logistic分析,初中生青少年的BMI与发生运动损伤的关系具有统计学意义(P=0.014)。以正常值BMI为参照水平,BMI超重青少年的运动损伤是正常BMI值青少年的1.386倍(OR=1.386,95%CI:0.980,1.960);肥胖青少年的运动损伤是正常BMI值的青少年的1.686倍(OR=1.686,95%CI:1.137,2.500)。 (3)通过logistic回归分析,肺活量与运动损伤的关系具有统计学意义(p=0.042)。平衡与运动损伤的关系有统计学意义(p=0.043)。女生发生运动损伤与BMI的关系具有统计学意义(p=0.012)。 (4)通过logistic回归分析,生长发育指标中,男生身高和体重与发生运动损伤有关。男生身高与发生运动损伤的关系具有统计学意(p=0.018);男生体重与发生动损伤的相关性具有统计学意义(p=0.046)。女生体重与发生运动损伤的关系具有统计学意义(P=0.033)。 研究结论:青少年整体损伤比例较高,男生运动损伤比例高于女生运动损伤比例。平衡能力和肺活量水平较差的青少年运动损伤比例相对较高;BMI为超重和肥胖的青少年与BMI处于正常值的初中生青少年相比,更容易发生运动损伤。社会、学校、家长应共同关注青少年的体质健康以及运动损伤问题,关键要提升青少年的体质水平,促进其健康成长。
[Abstract]:Objective: adolescents have become a high incidence of sports injuries, sports injuries become an important factor of accidental injuries. To understand the characteristics of junior high school students sports injuries, to take reasonable measures to prevent sports injuries to ensure the safety of teenagers. It is very important to participate in sports effectively. Through investigating the current situation of sports injury of junior high school students in the past year, this paper tests the relevant indexes of physical factors of junior high school students, and analyzes the correlation between each index and sports injury. To understand the causes of injury and put forward some suggestions and measures to prevent the sports injury of teenagers. Methods: 1011 students in a middle school in Beijing were investigated for various kinds of injuries during the past year, and their growth and development level and physique were evaluated. The data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0, including chi-square test. Descriptive statistical analysis, non-conditional logistic regression analysis and so on. Results: in the past year, 56.6% of the people had been injured, and 52.8% of the girls had been injured. The proportion of male injuries was 60.8%, and the rate of male injuries was higher than that of girls. Through Binary Logistic analysis in Regression, The relationship between BMI and sports injury in junior high school students is statistically significant. The sports injury of overweight adolescents is 1.386 times higher than that of normal BMI adolescents, and the sports injury of obese adolescents is 1.386 or 95CI: 0.980 / 1.9600.The sports injuries of obese adolescents are as follows: 1. 386%, 95% CI: 0. 980%, 1. 96%, 1. 306%, 95% CI: 0. 980%, 1. 96% and 1. 96% respectively. 1.686 times as much as the normal BMI, 1.686 / 95 CI: 1.137 / 2.500. (3) by logistic regression analysis, the relationship between vital capacity and exercise injury was statistically significant. The relationship between balance and exercise injury was statistically significant. The relationship between exercise injury and BMI in female students was statistically significant. By logistic regression analysis, the indexes of growth and development, The relationship between male height and sports injury is statistically significant, and the correlation between male body weight and motor injury is statistically significant. The relationship of injury was statistically significant. The conclusion of the study is that the overall injury rate of adolescents is higher, The proportion of sports injuries in boys was higher than that in girls. The ratio of sports injuries in adolescents with lower balance and vital capacity was higher than that of adolescents with overweight and obesity, compared with those of junior high school students with normal BMI. The society, school and parents should pay attention to the problem of physical health and sports injury, the key is to improve the physical level of young people and promote their healthy growth.
