蛋白棒抗运动性疲劳的功效研究及市场前景分析

【摘要】:为了研究蛋白棒对运动员运动性疲劳的缓解程度,我们选取40名体育学院游泳专业大学生作为实验对象进行实验,经过为期3个月的研究,结果表明:观察组运动员体重和肌肉含量较对照组运动员明显提高(P0.05),而体脂率和BMI指数均显著低于对照组运动员(P0.05)。通过体液检测分析,证明训练结束后观察组运动员血液中疲劳相关指标较对照组运动员发生显著改变(P0.05);尿液中的尿蛋白和尿胆原较对照组显著下降(P0.05),而唾液中的p H值在观察组未发生明显变化,而较对照组运动员显著提高(P0.05)。通过抗疲劳实验分析,观察组运动员经过训练后,耐力水平,肺活量和血红蛋白含量较对照组运动员显著提高(P0.05)。所有的研究对象均未发生任何不良反应,证明蛋白棒具有效缓解运动性疲劳的功能,并具有广阔的市场前景。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of protein rods on athletes' sports fatigue, we selected 40 college students majoring in swimming in physical education college as experimental subjects. The experiment lasted for three months. The results showed that the body weight and muscle content in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the body fat rate and BMI index were significantly lower than those in the control group. The results showed that the related indexes of blood fatigue in the observation group were significantly different from that of the control group after training, urine protein and urinary choline decreased significantly compared with the control group, but the pH value in saliva did not change significantly in the observation group. Compared with the control group, the athletes in the observation group improved their endurance level after training, through the analysis of anti-fatigue experiment. The vital capacity and hemoglobin content were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 0.05). None of the subjects in the study had any adverse reactions, which proved that the protein rod had the function of relieving exercise fatigue effectively and had a broad market prospect.
