【摘要】：螺旋断层治疗(Helical Tomotherapy,HT)作为新型调强放射治疗技术(IMRT),其照射方式采用独特的扇形束形式,将现代螺旋CT和直线加速器进行有机整合以实现螺旋断层调强治疗。由于该系统功能复杂,且具有高度集成和自动化特性,监测其运行稳定性和可靠性并不断给予完善、简化其质控流程已成为HT系统质量保证的重要组成部分。本研究通过对前五年该系统质量控制(QC)结果的分析,结合新型质控设备的初步应用,总结其QA的规范化实施并探讨其模式的转变可能。
[Abstract]:As a new technique of intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRTT), Helical Tomotherapyne (HT) is a new type of radiation therapy, which uses a unique sector beam form and organically integrates modern spiral CT and linear accelerator in order to realize intensity modulation of spiral tomography.Because of its complex function and highly integrated and automatic characteristics, monitoring its operation stability and reliability and improving it continuously, simplifying its quality control process has become an important part of quality assurance of HT system.Based on the analysis of the results of QC in the previous five years and the preliminary application of new quality control equipment, this study summarized the implementation of QA standardization and probed into the possibility of transformation of its mode.
