高精度低剂量乳腺专用CT成像技术

【摘要】:早期检测与诊断是目前乳腺癌控制的最有效方法。本文主要介绍目前已获得科技部资助的重点研发专项项目:新一代乳腺专用CT系统的研发。与现有系统相比,新型的双能CT成像能更好地区分乳腺材料构成,提高检测与诊断准确度,其中单扫描双能CT成像方法更是革命性的技术突破。本文所提出的乳腺专用CT系统不仅在成像精度上有突破性提高,所需超低辐射剂量能更好地保护患者健康,而且该系统是针对国内市场的直立式结构而设计的,临床推广更为方便。
[Abstract]:Early detection and diagnosis are the most effective methods for breast cancer control.This paper mainly introduces the research and development of the new generation special CT system for mammary gland, which has been funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology.Compared with the existing system, the new dual-energy CT imaging can better distinguish the composition of mammary gland materials and improve the accuracy of detection and diagnosis, among which the single-scan dual-energy CT imaging method is a revolutionary breakthrough.The special CT system for mammary gland presented in this paper not only has a breakthrough improvement in imaging accuracy, but also can better protect the health of patients with ultralow radiation dose. Moreover, the system is designed for the vertical structure of the domestic market.Clinical popularization is more convenient.
