胰腺成熟型畸胎瘤1例

【摘要】：正病例女,27岁,体检发现胰腺尾部囊性肿物,无寒战、发热,无恶心、呕吐,无腹痛、腹胀等,体健。查体:腹部平坦,腹软,上腹部压痛,无反跳痛及肌紧张,肝区叩痛(-),Murphy征(-),移动性浊音阴性,肠鸣音4次/分。血常规:血淀粉酶44 U/L,脂肪酶0.6 U/L(均于正常值范围)。影像学表现:全腹部增强CT示胰腺体尾部可见多囊性包块,整体范围约3.0 cm×4.9 cm,内见少量脂肪密度,部分囊内见稍高密度灶,似呈网
[Abstract]:A 27-year-old female patient was diagnosed as having a cystic mass of the tail of the pancreas, no chills, fever, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, abdominal distension, etc.Body examination: flat abdomen, soft abdomen, tenderness of upper abdomen, no rebound pain and muscle tension, liver area percussive pain and Murphy's sign, moving turbidimetric negative, bowel sound 4 times per minute.Blood routine: serum amylase 44 U / L, lipase 0.6 U / L (all within normal range).Imaging findings: multiple cystic masses were seen in the tail of the pancreatic body and tail on the whole abdominal enhanced CT scan, with a global range of about 3.0 cm 脳 4.9 cm, with a small amount of fat density and a slightly high density lesion in some of the sacs, which appeared to be reticular.
