2011年世界军人运动会部分八一田径队投掷和马拉松运动员生化指标和经络疲劳分析

【摘要】:目的:本文是以参加2011年第五届世界军人运动会的北京八一田径队投掷和马拉松运动员为研究对象,探讨赛季投掷和马拉松项目的训练特点和疲劳特点,机能指标之间的关系,找出训练中的变化规律,为今后投掷、马拉松项目的科学训练和运动员身体疲劳的快速恢复提供参考和帮助。 方法:本文主要是针对赛季运动员的身体状况进行分析研究。同时测试身体的某些机能评定指标,如睾酮(T)、肌酸激酶(CK)、血尿素(BU)、血红蛋白(Hb),同时采用中医经络检测仪对运动员进行全面的检测,包括能量值、经络值的测定,并采用PASW statistics18和Graphpad prism5对检测的数据进行比较处理。 结果:(1)T值投掷组低于安静组,马拉松组低于安静组,且投掷组高于马拉松组;BU值投掷组高于安静组有极显著性差异(P0.01),马拉松组高于安静组有极显著性差异(P0.01),且投掷组低于马拉松组;CK值投掷组高于安静组,有极显著性差异(P0.01),马拉松组高于安静组,有极显著性差异(P0.01,且投掷组高于马拉松组;Hb值投投掷组高于安静组,马拉松组高于安静组,且投掷组高于马拉松组。 (2)能量值投掷组高于安静组,比较有极显著性差异(P0.01);能量值马拉松组高于安静组,有显著性差异(P0.05)。阴阳比值、上下比值、左右比值、最大值最小值比值无显著性差异(P0.05)。能量值投掷组、马拉松组都高于安静组,且马拉松组高于投掷组。 (3)三组被测人员的经络值有一个共同的特点是肝经经络值特别高,三焦经、大肠经比较低,肺经都比较低。不同点是马拉松组肺经、心经、心包经经络值更低一些。安静、投掷组肺经、心经、心包经数据较为平衡。安静组肾经较低。 结论:1生化数据研究表明表明,投掷、马拉松组运动员疲劳高于安静组,且马拉松组高于投掷组。投掷项目的疲劳主要是关节和肌肉的疲劳以及参加比赛时精神的疲劳。马拉松项目的疲劳是呼吸系统、心血管、关节肌肉的疲劳较深一些。 2能量值研究表明马拉松组、投掷组能量值高于安静组;马拉松组高于投掷组。马拉松能量消耗高于投掷组。投掷运动是以无氧酵解供能为主的的运动,能量消耗较少,它的疲劳是肌肉的疲劳和关节损伤,;马拉松运动是有氧供能为主的运动,能量消耗较多,它的疲劳主要是心肺系统的疲劳,同时还有肌肉的疲劳。安静组是运动较少,基础代谢较低,身体的能量值也低。 3经络值研究表明,马拉松运动员的心肺疲劳程度远高于投掷运动员和安静组。投掷项目的疲劳特点是以肌肉及关节筋腱形体的疲劳为主要,而对于精血、津液的耗损不是很大;马拉松项目的疲劳特点是,则筋骨关节损伤较多,精血、津液的耗损也很大,则脏腑、神志的疲劳也较大。安静组很少运动,身体素质较差,精血、津液不足,身体也会出现一定的疲劳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between the training characteristics, fatigue characteristics and functional indexes of the athletes of the Beijing 81 track and Field team who participated in the Fifth World military Games in 2011, and to explore the training characteristics and fatigue characteristics of the throwing and marathon events in the season.To find out the law of change in training, to provide reference and help for the scientific training of throwing, marathon events and the rapid recovery of athletes' physical fatigue in the future.Methods: this article mainly aims at the season athlete's physical condition carries on the analysis research.At the same time, some functional evaluation indexes of the body were tested, such as testosterone, creatine kinase (CK), blood urea bun, hemoglobin Hb.At the same time, the athletes were tested comprehensively by means of traditional Chinese medicine meridian detector, including the determination of energy value and meridian value.PASW statistics18 and Graphpad prism5 are used to compare and process the detected data.Results the T value of the thrower group was lower than that of the quiet group, and that of the marathon group was lower than that of the quiet group.There was a significant difference between the throwing group and the rest group (P 0.01), and the throwing group was higher than the rest group (P 0.01), and the throwing group was lower than the marathon group (P < 0.01), and the throwing group was higher than the rest group (P < 0.05), and the throwing group was higher than the rest group (P < 0.01), and the throwing group was higher than the rest group (P < 0.05).There was a significant difference (P 0.01) between the marathon group and the quiet group (P 0.01). The throwing group was higher than the marathon group (P 0.01), the throwing group was higher than the rest group (P 0.01), the marathon group was higher than the rest group (P < 0.05), and the throwing group was higher than the marathon group (P < 0.05), and the throwing group was higher than the marathon group (P < 0.05).2) the energy value in the throwing group was higher than that in the quiet group (P 0.01), and the energy value in the marathon group was higher than that in the quiet group (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in the ratio of Yin and Yang, the ratio between upper and lower, the ratio of left and right, the ratio of maximum and minimum value (P 0.05).The energy value of the throwing group, the marathon group was higher than the quiet group, and the marathon group was higher than the throwing group.3) the meridian value of the three groups tested has a common characteristic: the meridian value of the liver meridian is especially high, the triJiao meridian, the large intestine meridian is lower, and the lung meridian is lower.The difference is the marathon group lung, pericardium, pericardial meridian meridian value lower.Quiet, throwing group lung channel, pericardial channel, pericardial channel data balance.The renal meridian was lower in the quiet group.Conclusion the biochemical data of 1: 1 showed that the fatigue of marathon athletes in throwing group was higher than that in quiet group, and that in marathon group was higher than that in throwing group.The fatigue of throwing events is mainly joint and muscle fatigue and mental fatigue.Marathon fatigue is respiratory, cardiovascular, joint muscle fatigue deeper.2 the energy value of the marathon group was higher than that of the quiet group, and that of the marathon group was higher than that of the throwing group.Marathon energy consumption is higher than throwing group.Throwing is a sport with anaerobic fermentation and energy supply, which consumes less energy, and its fatigue is muscle fatigue and joint injury, while marathon is an aerobic energy supply exercise, which consumes more energy.Its fatigue is mainly cardiopulmonary system fatigue, but also muscle fatigue.The rest group had less exercise, lower basal metabolism and lower body energy.3 the study of meridian value showed that the cardiopulmonary fatigue of marathon runners was much higher than that of throwers and quiet groups.The fatigue characteristics of throwing events are mainly the fatigue of muscles and tendons of the joint, but the body fluid consumption is not very large for the refined blood, while the fatigue characteristics of the marathon events are that the bones and muscles are damaged more, the fine blood and the body fluid are also consumed a lot, and the fatigue characteristics of the marathon events are that there are more injuries to the joints of the bones and muscles, and the consumption of the body fluid is also great.Then the viscera, mind fatigue is also greater.Quiet group rarely exercise, poor physical fitness, blood, body fluid deficiency, the body will also appear certain fatigue.
