仰卧起坐动作改良对躯干核心肌力平衡的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨仰卧起坐训练及其改良动作在表面肌电检测方面的差异。方法 2015年5~8月随机选取某部新兵128人,随机分为A组、B组、C组和D组,每组32人。A、B两组均采用传统仰卧起坐动作训练,但A组训练强度为35次/2 min,B组为70次/2 min;C、D组采用改良动作训练,C组训练强度为35次/2 min,D组为70次/2 min。于第2、4、6、8周末分批检测部分受试者腹部及腰背部肌肉表面肌电及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MM)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等血清指标,并对上述肌肉行MRI检查。结果第2、4周末各组RMS值比较差异均无统计学意义(P0.05),第6周末C组竖脊肌RMS值高于A、B两组(P0.05),第8周时上述差异更为明显(P0.05);但C组与D组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。C组各时间点CK-MM及SOD水平高于A组(P0.05),低于D组(P0.05),但与B组差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。MRI检查显示在第2、4、6周时各组均未见阳性变化,第8周时可见B组1例腹直肌出现边界模糊的线状或片状影,呈T1WI低信号T2WI高信号,余各组未见阳性表现。结论仰卧起坐改良动作有助于保持躯干核心肌力平衡,减轻局部肌肉损伤。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference of surface electromyography in sit-up training and its improvement. Methods A total of 128 recruits from May to August 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 32) and group D (n = 32). But the training intensity of group A was 35 times / 2 min group B group was 70 times / 2 min training group C group training intensity was 35 times / 2 min group and group D group was 70 times / 2 min. At the end of the 8th week, the muscle surface electromyography (EMG) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MMN), superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in some of the subjects, and MRI was performed on the muscles. Results at the end of the 2nd week, there was no significant difference in RMS value in all groups. At the end of the 6th week, the RMS value of the erector spinal muscle in group C was higher than that in group A and B, and the difference was more obvious at the 8th week, but there was no significant difference between group C and group D (P 0.05.C). The levels of CK-MM and SOD at each time point were higher than those in group A (P 0.05) and lower than those in group D (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between group B and group B (P 0.05). At the 8th week, one patient in group B showed a linear or flake shadow with blurred boundary of rectus abdominis, which showed T1WI low signal T2WI hyperintensity, but no positive findings in other groups. Conclusion the improved sit-ups can help to maintain the balance of the trunk core muscle and reduce the local muscle injury.
