低剂量联合迭代技术在喉部CT成像中的临床应用

【摘要】:目的:探讨低辐射剂量联合自适应迭代重建技术(ASi R)在喉部CT成像中的临床应用价值。方法:220例患者的喉部CT扫描分为两组:常规剂量滤波反投影重建组(FBP组)和低辐射剂量联合ASiR50%重建组(ASi R50%组),每组各110例。所有重建图像传送至AW 4.6工作站进行后处理,分别由3名影像医师采用双盲法对两组影像质量进行评价,采用t检验对两组辐射剂量及图像质量进行比较。结果:ASiR50%组显著降低了辐射剂量(P0.001),CTDIvol、DLP、Total DLP和m Sv的降低率分别为80.22%(6.65/8.29)、82.95%(78.61/94.77)、82.95%(157.23/189.54)和83.04%(0.93/1.12)。FBP与ASi R50%组图像质量显示能力的比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:低辐射剂量联合ASi R50%重建技术在保证图像质量的基础上,显著降低了辐射剂量。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the clinical application value of low radiation dose combined with adaptive iterative reconstruction technique (ASi R) in laryngeal CT imaging. Methods: the laryngeal CT scan of 220 patients was divided into two groups: conventional dose filtering reprojection group (FBP group) and low radiation dose combined ASiR50% reconstruction group (ASi R50% group), 110 cases in each group. All the reconstructed images were transmitted. To AW 4.6 workstation after treatment, 3 image doctors used double blind method to evaluate the quality of two groups of images. The radiation dose and image quality of the two groups were compared by t test. Results: the ASiR50% group significantly reduced the radiation dose (P0.001), CTDIvol, DLP, Total DLP and m Sv respectively, 80.22% (6.65/8.29), 82.95% (78). .61/94.77), there was no significant difference in comparison between 82.95% (157.23/189.54) and 83.04% (0.93/1.12).FBP and ASi R50% group image quality display capability (P0.05). Conclusion: low radiation dose combined with ASi R50% reconstruction technique significantly reduced the radiant dose on the basis of ensuring the quality of the image.
