磁共振成像、彩色多普勒超声和全数字化钼靶X线摄影对乳腺疾病的诊断价值

【摘要】:目的比较磁共振成像(磁共振)、彩色多普勒超声(超声)和全数字化钼钯X线摄影(钼靶)对乳腺疾病的诊断价值。方法收集术前均行磁共振、超声和钼靶检查、并经病理证实的乳腺病患者70例(110个病灶),按评分法计算ROC曲线下面积并比较。结果三者联合诊断乳腺疾病的ROC曲线下面积为(0.986)超声(0.923)磁共振(0.882)钼靶(0.831),三者联合对比各种单项检查、超声对比钼靶检查的诊断效能更好(P均0.05),余组间差异无统计学差别(P均0.05)。结论钼靶的诊断效能中等,超声和MRI诊断效能相仿,均优于钼靶,若这3种方法联合应用能进一步提高乳腺疾病的诊断准确率。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), color Doppler ultrasound (CDU) and digital molybdenum palladium radiography (molybdenum target) in breast diseases. Methods 70 patients with breast disease (110 lesions) were examined by MRI, ultrasound and molybdenum target before operation. The area under ROC curve was calculated by scoring method and compared. Results the area under the ROC curve of the three combined diagnosis of breast diseases was 0.986) ultrasound 0.923) magnetic resonance 0.882) molybdenum target was 0.831%. Compared with each other, the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound contrast molybdenum target was better than that of each other (P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the other three groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion the diagnostic efficacy of molybdenum target is moderate, and the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound and MRI is similar, which is superior to that of molybdenum target. If these three methods are combined, the diagnostic accuracy of breast diseases can be further improved.
