体素内不相干运动模型扩散加权成像在肿瘤疗效评估中的进展

【摘要】:DWI的体素内不相干运动(IVIM)模型可区分水分子的真性扩散与微循环灌注形成的假性扩散,获得纯扩散系数(D)、伪扩散系数(D*)和灌注分数(f),能有效检出肿瘤治疗后细胞活性及微循环灌注的变化,可早期评价肿瘤疗效、优化治疗方案及预测预后,为临床选择合适的治疗方案提供依据。本文对IVIM在肿瘤疗效评估中的应用和研究进展进行综述。
[Abstract]:DWI's voxel incoherent motion model can distinguish the true diffusion of water molecules from the pseudo-diffusion formed by microcirculatory perfusion. The pure diffusion coefficient, pseudo-diffusion coefficient and perfusion fraction can be used to detect the changes of cell activity and microcirculation perfusion after tumor treatment, and to evaluate the effect of tumor early, to optimize the treatment plan and to predict the prognosis. To provide the basis for clinical selection of appropriate treatment plan. This article reviews the application and research progress of IVIM in the evaluation of tumor efficacy.
