第八套广播体操锻炼对视觉和听觉诱发电位及事件相关电位的影响

【摘要】:研究目的:①观察比较8周广播体操锻炼是否会引起受试者VEP、AEP、P300各指标的变化。②评价两种锻炼方式对各指标的影响。③广播体操锻炼不同时间P300指标的变化。 研究方法:1受试者:经同学介绍,并通过填写人口统计学特征、PARQYOU问卷,选取山东师范大学女大学生志愿者30名作为受试对象,均无不良嗜好,无运动禁忌症。受试者被分为三组:2遍组(11)、4编组(10)及对照组(9)。2锻炼方法:2遍组和4编组进行8周广播体操锻炼,对照组实验期间不进行任何相关运动。3研究内容:实验研究了8周广播体操锻炼对受试者VEP、AEP、P300各指标的影响;不同频率广播体操锻炼对受试者各指标影响有什么不同以及第八套广播体操锻炼前、后不同时间P300指标的变化。4指标测试:①采用NDI-200神经电检诊仪分别测试视觉、听觉诱发电位及视觉事件相关电位②身高体重测试:RGZ-120-RT型身高体重计③身体成分测试:韩国身体成分分析仪。 研究结果:(1)视觉诱发电位各指标比较:①对照组在8周实验期间VEP各指标并未发生显著性改变(P>0.05),说明VEP各指标具有一定的稳定性。②2遍组与实验前测相比,锻炼4周后与锻炼8周后都存在N75、P100、N145波幅呈显著性增加(P<0.05),潜伏期有所缩短,且N75、N145潜伏期呈显著性缩短(P<0.05)。8周后较4周后N75波幅显著性增加,N145潜伏期显著性缩短(P<0.05)。③4遍组与实验前测相比,锻炼4周后N75、P100、N145波幅均有所增加,且N75、N145波幅呈显著性增加(P<0.05)。锻炼8周后N75、P100、N145波幅均呈显著性增加(P<0.05),潜伏期有所缩短且N145潜伏期呈显著性缩短(P<0.05)。8周后N75波幅较4周后显著性增加(P<0.05)。(2)听觉诱发电位各指标比较:对照组随着实验周期的延长AEP各波潜伏期均有缩短的趋势,至八周后则均有显著性差异(P<0.05),说明AEP各波潜伏期有随季节改变而变化的现象,可能与气温升高相关联。而2遍组、4遍组广播体操锻炼对AEP各指标并无显著性的影响。(3)视觉事件相关电位各指标比较:①八周试验期间,对照组Pz、Cz反应时较实验前有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Pz点波幅较实验前有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2遍组8周广播体操锻炼期间Pz、Cz、Fz点P300潜伏期、反应时均有所短的趋势,波幅有增大的趋势。锻炼4周后各指标即呈现有显著性差异(P<0.05)。4遍组8周广播体操锻炼期间Pz、Cz、Fz点P300潜伏期、反应时均有所短的趋势,波幅有增大的趋势。锻炼4周后部分指标即呈现有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②2遍组运动后即刻较运动前相比Fz点P300潜伏期及反应时显著性缩短(P<0.05)、波幅则显著性升高(P<0.05);运动后10分钟上述改变即可恢复。广播体操运动后对照组反应明显,表现为运动后即刻反应时显著缩短(P<0.05),而广播体操锻炼4遍组则反应较小(P>0.05)。③相对于对照组而言,广播体操锻炼组锻炼4周后P300指标即发生显著性改变,但2遍组的效果优于4遍组,似乎提示P300指标的改变并不与锻炼频率成正相关性。结论:长期进行第八套广播体操锻炼可显著改善VEP指标,表现为潜伏期缩短、波幅增加;锻炼四周后效果即可显现。对AEP各指标并无显著性的影响。但使Fz点P300潜伏期及反应时显著性缩短、波幅显著性升高,但这种影响仅能保持10分钟以内。锻炼4周后,做同样运动量的广播体操运动时,,广播体操锻炼组较对照组P300的反应减小,提示P300指标也可作为运动训练的机能学评价指标之一。广播体操锻炼组锻炼4周后P300指标即发生显著性改变,2遍组的效果优于4遍组,提示P300指标的改变并不与锻炼频率成正相关。 建议:本研究中在观察广播体操运动的影响时未能同时观察Pz、Cz、Fz各点P300的指标,因此可能造成一些重要信息的遗漏。锻炼前后进行广播体操运动时采用的组别及运动量不一致也降低了本研究的说服力。建议今后的研究中能更全面观察以更加全面地评价运动锻炼对认知电位的影响规律。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe and compare the changes in the indexes of VEP, AEP and P300 in the subjects of radio gymnastic exercise for 8 weeks. (2) to evaluate the influence of two kinds of exercise methods on the indexes. (3) the changes of P300 indexes at different time of radio gymnastic exercise.
Study methods: 1 subjects: through the introduction of students, and by filling out demographic characteristics, PARQYOU questionnaire, selected 30 female college volunteers from Shandong Normal University as subjects, no bad hobbies, no exercise contraindications. Subjects were divided into three groups: 2 times group (11), 4 group (10) and control group (9).2 exercise methods: 2 and 4 Group for 8 weeks of broadcast exercise, the control group during the experiment did not carry out any related sports.3 research content: the experiment studied the effects of 8 weeks of radio gymnastic exercise on the subjects of VEP, AEP, and P300; the different frequencies of radio gymnastic exercises on the subjects of the subjects were different and eighth sets of broadcast exercises before, after the difference. .4 index test of time P300 index: (1) the test of visual, auditory evoked potential and visual event related potential (2) height and weight test, RGZ-120-RT type body weight meter, body composition test: Korean body composition analyzer.
The results were as follows: (1) the comparison of the various indexes of visual evoked potential: (1) there was no significant change in the indexes of VEP in the control group during the 8 week experiment (P > 0.05), indicating that each index of VEP had a certain stability. (2) there was a significant increase in the amplitude of P100 and N145 (P < 0.05) after 4 weeks of exercise and 8 weeks after exercise. The latency period was shortened, and the latency of N75, N145 was significantly shortened (P < 0.05). After.8 weeks, the N75 amplitude increased significantly and the latency of N145 shortened significantly (P < 0.05). 3. Compared with the experimental pre test, the amplitude of N75, P100 and N145 increased after 4 weeks of exercise, and N75, N145 amplitude increased significantly (0.05). 8 weeks after exercise The 45 amplitude was significantly increased (P < 0.05), the latency was shortened and the latency of N145 was significantly shortened (P < 0.05). (2) the comparison of auditory evoked potential indexes: the control group shortened the latency of each wave in AEP with the prolongation of the experimental period, and to eight weeks later there was a significant difference. The difference (P < 0.05) shows that the latent period of each wave of AEP changes with the seasonal change, which may be associated with the increase of temperature. The 2 times group, the 4 times group radio gymnastic exercises have no significant influence on the AEP indexes. (3) the comparison of the various indexes of the visual event related potential: (1) during the eight week test, the control group was Pz, and the Cz reaction was more obvious than before the experiment. The difference (P < 0.05).Pz point has significant difference compared with that before the experiment (P < 0.05).2 times, Pz, Cz, Fz point P300 incubation period during the 8 week group of radio gymnastic exercises, the reaction time has a short trend, the amplitude has a tendency to increase. (2) after the 2 times, the latency of P300 in the Fz point and the reaction time were significantly shorter than that before the exercise (P < 0.05), and the amplitude was significantly increased (P < 0.05). The above changes after exercise were 10 minutes after exercise. The response of the control group was obvious after the broadcast exercise, which showed a significant reduction in the immediate reaction after exercise (P < 0.05), while the radio gymnastic exercise 4 times was less reactive (P > 0.05). (3) compared with the control group, the P300 index of the radio gymnastic group was significantly changed after 4 weeks of exercise, but the effect of the 2 times group was better than the 4 group. It seemed that the effect of the 2 times group was better than the group 4 times. The change of P300 index was not positively correlated with the frequency of exercise. Conclusion: long term exercise of eighth sets of broadcast exercises can significantly improve the VEP index, which shows a shortened incubation period and an increase in amplitude; the effect can be shown after four weeks of exercise. There is no significant effect on the AEP indexes. But the latency and reaction of Fz point P300 are significantly reduced. Short, amplitude significantly increased, but this effect can only be maintained within 10 minutes. After 4 weeks of exercise, when doing the same exercise exercise, the radio gymnastic exercise group is less responsive to the control group P300 than the control group, suggesting that the P300 index can also be used as one of the functional evaluation indexes of the exercise training. The radio gymnastic exercise group exercises P300 index after 4 weeks. Significant difference was observed. The effect of the 2 group was better than that of the 4 group, suggesting that the change of P300 index was not positively correlated with exercise frequency.
Suggestion: in this study, when observing the influence of radio gymnastic movement, the index of Pz, Cz, and Fz point P300 can not be observed at the same time. Therefore, some important information may be missed. The disagreement of the group and the amount of exercise used before and after the exercise exercise also reduce the persuasiveness of this study. The effect of exercise on cognitive potential was observed more comprehensively.
