肾纤维肉瘤一例

【摘要】：正患者男,55岁。于3天前出现全程肉眼血尿。患者无自觉症状,体格检查未见异常。超声:左肾中极见一混合回声光团,边界清晰。CDFI:周边见少许血流信号。CT检查:平扫左肾可见一分叶状肿块影,大小约5.4 cm×8.0 cm×6.0 cm,其内密度不均,CT值约19~41 HU,增强扫描不均匀强化,其内见多发不强化坏死区,增强早期肿块
[Abstract]:The patient is 55 years old. The whole course of hematuria appeared before 3 days. The patient had no conscious symptoms and no abnormal physical examination. Ultrasound: a mixed echo mass was seen in the middle pole of the left kidney. The boundary was clear. CDFI: a few blood flow signals were seen around the left kidney. Ct examination showed that the left kidney showed a lobular mass with a size of about 5.4 cm 脳 8.0 cm 脳 6.0 cm, and its internal density was uneven and the CT value was about 1941 HU.Enhancement scan was not uniform and enhanced. Most of them had unenhanced necrotic area and enhanced early mass.
