成都市高校体育舞蹈训练的运动性疲劳现状与防治研究

【摘要】:体育舞蹈是一项介于文艺和体育之间的边缘项目,具备着极高的艺术性和技巧性,男女选手以娴熟精湛的技艺,高度协调的默契配合,运用各种“动”、“静”、“力”、“美”动作,赋予了体育舞蹈丰富的艺术感染力和技术难度性的项目特征。作为技能主导类表现难美性的运动项目之一,它同样需要运动员通过超负荷的强度训练来熟悉动作环节、提高技术难度,以达到完美境界。而大运动量训练后,运动性疲劳的发生成为必然,运动员如果不能很好地恢复,将破坏运动训练的系统性、连贯性,从而影响后续训练的质量,严重的还会发生运动损伤,给运动员带来生理和心理上巨大的痛苦。要想取得最佳的训练效果,就必须在机体每次承受超负荷训练后,使之得到及时有效的恢复和调节,以达到消除疲劳,恢复身体机能的目的。 本文以现代生理学和传统医学对运动性疲劳的研究成果为理论依据,抽样选取成都市高校体育舞蹈专业的学员作为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计等研究方法,调查探究得出:体育舞蹈训练中运动性疲劳的三种类型,以形体疲劳居首位,其次为脏腑疲劳,最后是神志疲劳;发生部位分布广泛,以足趾、踩关节最为显著;疲劳程度多为轻中度疲劳,疲劳病程多集中于急性疲劳阶段;男女学员在具体疲劳部位上存在一定差异,摩登舞相对拉丁舞更容易引发慢性疲劳。文章紧密结合项目特点分析得出直接的疲劳致因,并分类制定切实可行的恢复手段和方法,目的在于促进体育舞蹈的科学训练,提高学员自我保护和医务监督的能力,为高校体育舞蹈运动的推广和我国体育舞蹈事业的发展尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Sports dance is a marginal event between literature and sports, with a high degree of artistry and skill, male and female players with skilled skills, highly coordinated tacit cooperation, the use of all kinds of "movement", "quiet", "force," The movement of beauty endows sports dance with rich artistic appeal and technical difficulty. As one of the difficult and beautiful sports in the skill-leading category, it also needs athletes to be familiar with the movement links through overloaded intensity training, to improve the technical difficulty, in order to reach the perfect state. However, after training in a large amount of exercise, the occurrence of sports fatigue becomes inevitable. If athletes cannot recover well, it will destroy the systematization and continuity of sports training, thus affecting the quality of subsequent training, and serious sports injuries will also occur. Bring great physical and psychological pain to athletes. In order to obtain the best training effect, it is necessary to make the body recover and regulate in time and effectively after every overload training, in order to eliminate fatigue and restore the function of the body. Based on the research results of modern physiology and traditional medicine on sports fatigue, this paper selects the students of sports dance major in Chengdu University as the research object, and applies the method of literature and questionnaire. The research methods of interview and mathematical statistics show that the three types of sports fatigue in sports dance training are body fatigue first, viscera fatigue second, and mental fatigue, the occurrence of which is widely distributed, with toe, foot, foot and toe. The degree of fatigue is mostly mild to moderate fatigue and the course of fatigue is concentrated in acute fatigue stage. There are some differences between male and female cadets in specific fatigue parts and modern dance is more likely to cause chronic fatigue than Latin dance. According to the analysis of the characteristics of the project, the paper draws the direct cause of fatigue, and classifies and formulates the feasible means and methods of recovery. The purpose of this paper is to promote the scientific training of sports dance, and to improve the ability of self-protection and medical supervision of students. For the promotion of dance sports in colleges and universities and the development of sports dance in China.
