改良CO吸入法测试血红蛋白总量对最大摄氧量的影响及其恢复的实验研究

【摘要】:目的:对受试者进行改良CO吸入法测试血红蛋白总量(t Hb)后,在不同时间点测试最大摄氧量(VO2max)和无氧阈(AT),分析其变化趋势,并对CO在体内的代谢情况进行研究。方法:10名网球专项大学生,19~21岁,肘静脉取血测试血红蛋白(Hb)等基础值,直接测试法测试VO2max;连续3周对所有受试者进行CO吸入法测试t Hb后,在不同时间点(第1周即刻、第2周6小时和第3周12小时)测试受试者VO2max和AT,观察这些指标随时间的变化曲线;第4周,在10名受试者吸入少量CO后的6 min、3 h、6 h、9 h、12 h测试受试者呼出气CO和血液中碳氧血红蛋白(Hb CO)的浓度变化曲线,其中5名受试者在吸入CO后进行2小时网球运动,另外5名受试者安静休息。结果:在CO吸入法测试t Hb后,所有受试者VO2max和AT显著下降达9.4%左右(P0.01),在第2周的6 h时间点开始恢复,但仍然低于基础值(P0.05),在第3周的12 h时间点才完全恢复。呼出气CO和血液中Hb CO浓度在CO吸入后即显著升高,在6 min达到最高点后即开始下降,直到6 h时间点才基本恢复正常,其中运动组CO在体内的恢复速度要快于安静组。结论:CO的吸入会在短时间内(6 h)显著降低受试者的VO2max和AT等反应有氧工作能力的指标,在6 h之后开始逐渐恢复;CO吸入后,呼出气CO浓度和血液中Hb CO浓度的上升会经过正常代谢而排出体外,适当运动有助于体内CO代谢速度的提高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to test the maximal oxygen uptake (VO _ 2max) and anoxic threshold (ATN) at different time points after the modified CO inhalation method was used to measure the total hemoglobin t Hb), to analyze the change trend and to study the metabolism of CO in vivo. Methods Twenty ten tennis college students, aged 19 to 21, were tested for hemoglobin and HB by cubital vein, and VO 2max was measured by direct test. T HB was measured by CO inhalation for 3 consecutive weeks, and at different time points (immediately after week 1). In week 2, week 6 and week 3, week 12, the subjects were tested for VO2max and AT.The curves of these parameters were observed over time; at week 4, The change curves of CO exhalation and hemoglobin (HB) in blood were measured at 6 min, 3 h, 6 h, 9 h and 12 h after CO inhalation in 10 subjects, and 5 subjects were given 2 hours tennis exercise after inhaling CO. The other five subjects rested quietly. Results: after testing t HB by CO inhalation, the levels of VO2max and AT in all subjects decreased significantly by about 9.4% P0.01A, and began to recover at 6 h after the second week, but were still lower than the base value (P0.05), and only fully recovered at 12 h after the 3rd week. The concentration of exhaled CO and HB CO in blood increased significantly after CO inhalation and began to decrease after 6 min reaching the highest point. The CO recovery rate in the exercise group was faster than that in the quiet group until the time point of 6 h. Conclusion inhaled fraction of CO could significantly decrease the aerobic capacity of VO2max and AT in a short period of time, and then gradually recover after inhaling CO 6 h later. The increase of CO concentration in exhalation and HB CO in blood will pass through normal metabolism and be discharged out of the body. Proper exercise is helpful to the increase of CO metabolism velocity in vivo.
