军事训练致劳力性热射病28例临床救治体会

【摘要】:目的总结劳力性热射病患者的临床救治经验和体会。方法采用吸氧、物理降温等现场急救措施和药物降温、纠正水、电解质紊乱及酸碱失衡、扩容、抗休克、防止脑水肿、保护重要脏器功能等综合治疗手段对28例劳力性热射病患者进行救治。结果 28例患者中26例经住院治疗4~17d后痊愈出院,未遗留后遗症;2例患者因高热、休克、急性肾功能衰竭经积极抢救治疗转上级医院,住院20~30 d后康复出院。所有患者随访3~6个月,无后遗症。结论夏季部队军事训练容易发生热射病,要做好预防中暑的健康教育,完善热射病应急抢救预案,熟悉热射病救治流程,通过防治结合来减少热射病导致的非战斗减员。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the experience and experience in the treatment of exertive heat-emitting disease. Methods Field emergency measures such as oxygen inhalation, physical cooling and drug cooling were used to correct water, electrolyte disturbance and acid-base imbalance, to expand capacity, to resist shock, and to prevent brain edema. 28 patients with exertional heat-emitting disease were treated by comprehensive therapy such as protecting important organ function. Results among 28 patients, 26 patients were cured and discharged after 4 days of hospitalization. 2 patients with no sequelae were transferred to higher hospitals after intensive rescue and treatment, and 2 patients were discharged from hospital after 20 days of hospitalization because of high fever, shock and acute renal failure. All patients were followed up for 3 ~ 6 months without sequelae. Conclusion the military training in summer is prone to heat radiation disease. It is necessary to do a good job in health education to prevent heat stroke, to perfect the emergency rescue plan of heat radiation disease, to be familiar with the treatment process of heat radiation disease, and to reduce the non-combat attrition caused by heat radiation disease through the combination of prevention and treatment.
