腹膜后神经节细胞瘤的螺旋CT特征分析

【摘要】：目的分析腹膜后神经节细胞瘤的CT特征性表现,提高对该病CT诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的37例腹膜后神经节细胞瘤患者的术前CT平扫和增强扫描资料,总结腹膜后神经节细胞瘤的CT影像特征性表现。结果 33例腹膜后神经节细胞瘤边界清晰,31例形态规则,30例钙化,5例囊变,CT值25~40Hu。CT增强扫描发现30例表现为典型渐进性强化,17例病灶包绕血管。结论 CT诊断腹膜后神经节细胞瘤具有较高的价值,典型的渐进性强化方式和病灶包绕血管征象是其特征性表现。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the CT features of retroperitoneal ganglioneuroma (PRG) and to improve the accuracy of CT diagnosis. Methods the CT features of 37 cases of retroperitoneal ganglion cell tumor confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results in 33 cases of retroperitoneal ganglion cell tumor, the boundary was clear in 31 cases. In 30 cases of calcification, the CT value of cysts in 5 cases was 25 ~ (40) Hu.Contrast-enhanced CT scan showed that 30 cases showed typical progressive enhancement of lesions around the blood vessels in 17 cases. Conclusion CT is valuable in the diagnosis of retroperitoneal ganglioneuroma. The typical progressive enhancement mode and the vascular signs around the lesion are the characteristic features of CT diagnosis of retroperitoneal ganglioneuroma.
