淋巴管瘤的CT及MRI表现

【摘要】：目的:探讨淋巴管瘤的CT、MRI影像表现特征。方法:回顾性分析20例经手术病理证实的淋巴管瘤的病例资料,CT检查者14例,MRI检查者9例,总结其CT及MRI表现特点。结果:根据淋巴管瘤的发生部位将其分为两组,即非实质性脏器组16例,实质性脏器组4例。典型CT、MRI表现为单囊或多囊分隔状薄壁囊性病变,形态各异,爬行或塑型生长,少钙化,但位于肾上腺的淋巴管瘤囊壁及分隔可见钙化。CT对于病变的钙化显示优于MRI,而MRI对病变的囊性特征、病变内成分的判断优于CT,并能完整显示囊壁及分隔。结论:淋巴管瘤的CT、MRI表现具有一定的特征性,CT及MRI的影像表现有互补,二者联合应用对其定位及定性诊断有重要价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the CT MRI features of lymphangioma. Methods: the CT findings of 20 cases of lymphangioma confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The CT and MRI features of 14 cases with MRI were analyzed retrospectively. Results: according to the location of lymphangioma, it was divided into two groups: non-parenchymal organ group (n = 16) and parenchymal organ group (n = 4). Typical CT MRI features are single-cystic or multi-cystic thin-walled cystic lesions with different shapes, crawling or plastic growth, and less calcification. However, in adrenal lymphangioma cyst wall and septum, calcification. Ct was superior to MRI in showing calcification of lesions, and MRI was superior to CTT in judging the cystic features and internal components of lesions, and could display the cystic wall and septum completely. Conclusion: the CT and MRI findings of lymphangioma are complementary to each other. The combined application of CT and MRI is of great value in the localization and qualitative diagnosis of lymphangioma.
