硬化蛋白抗体和跑台运动对老龄去势大鼠骨重建的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨硬化蛋白抗体和跑台运动对老龄去势大鼠骨重建的影响。方法 8月龄雌性Wistar大鼠,按体质量随机分层分为5组:Sham组(假手术组)、OVX组(去卵巢组)、OVX+E组(去卵巢+运动组)、OVX+S组(去卵巢+硬化蛋白抗体组)、OVX+E+S组(去卵巢+运动+硬化蛋白抗体组)。在14w后取材进行相关指标测试。结果 1单纯性的运动锻炼能降低脂肪量,增加骨小梁数目,减少骨吸收标记物NTx水平,防止老龄去势大鼠全身、股骨骨密度发生下降。2单纯性的硬化蛋白抗体治疗能增加骨形成标志物OC,提高去势大鼠的皮质孔隙率、皮质骨体积和皮质骨厚度,提高骨密度。3运动与硬化蛋白抗体交互作用时,可以降低脂肪量,提高骨密度和皮质骨参数,增加骨量和骨强度,提高OC水平、降低NTx水平。结论适度的跑台运动可以防止老龄去势大鼠骨量丢失,改善去势大鼠骨健康。硬化蛋白抗体疗法可以增加皮质骨骨量和骨强度,预防去势大鼠绝经后对骨代谢的不良影响。硬化蛋白和运动表现出良好的协同作用,对老龄去势大鼠骨重建具有积极的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of sclerosin antibody and treadmill exercise on bone reconstruction in aged ovariectomized rats. Methods 8-month-old female Wistar rats were used. They were randomly divided into 5 groups according to their body weight: OVX group (sham operation group) (ovariectomized group OVX E group (ovariectomized group) OVX S group (ovariectomized protein antibody group) OVX E S group (ovariectomized motor sclerosing protein antibody group). The related indexes were tested after 14 weeks. Results 1 simple exercise could reduce fat, increase the number of trabeculae, decrease the level of bone resorption marker NTX, and prevent the whole body of aged castrated rats. Osteogenesis of femur decreased by .2 simple anti-sclerosing protein antibody treatment increased bone formation marker OC, increased cortical porosity, cortical bone volume and cortical bone thickness in ovariectomized rats. When the interaction between exercise and sclerosing protein antibody was increased, the fat content was decreased, bone density and cortical bone parameters were increased, bone mass and bone strength were increased, OC level was increased and NTX level was decreased. Conclusion moderate treadmill exercise can prevent bone loss and improve bone health of ovariectomized rats. Sclerosing protein antibody therapy can increase cortical bone mass and bone strength and prevent the adverse effects on bone metabolism after menopause in ovariectomized rats. Sclerosing protein and exercise showed good synergistic effect, and had positive effect on bone reconstruction in aged ovariectomized rats.
