观摩“环太平洋-2016”联合军演人道主义救援演练启示

【摘要】：该文介绍了观摩"环太平洋-2016"联合演习人道主义救援演练的情况和演习的主要特点,并结合我军参加人道主义医学救援情况进行了思考,提出:1发挥军队救援优势,加强军地联合;2推广直升机转运,展开立体救援;3实行阶梯救治,分级诊疗;4规范演练流程,完善救治标准;5设置药品器材库,预制应急救援物资等。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the situation and main characteristics of the humanitarian rescue exercise of the "Rim Pacific Rim 2016" joint exercise, and considers the participation of our army in the humanitarian medical rescue, and puts forward that the military should give full play to the superiority of military rescue. Strengthen the promotion of helicopter transportation, carry out three dimensional rescue, carry out step rescue, grade diagnosis and treatment, standardize the exercise flow, perfect the treatment standard, set up the medicine and equipment storehouse, prefabricate the emergency rescue material, and so on.
