普通冻伤与高原冻伤血液微循环恢复的差异

【摘要】:目的探讨普通冻伤与高原冻伤伤口愈合过程中血液微循环恢复的差异。方法健康雄性SD大鼠24只,随机分为空白对照组、普通冻伤组和高原冻伤组,每组8只。普通冻伤组直接采用液氮渗透法通过控制冷冻时间制作中度冻伤模型。高原冻伤组大鼠缺氧习服1周后,采用与普通冻伤组相同的方法制作高原冻伤模型。建模后第3、7、11、15、19、23天,比较各组伤口面积,然后采用鼠尾静脉注射Sono Vue微泡的方法进行超声造影,对伤口血液微循环进行成像,并采用Image Pro软件对微泡浓度进行统计分析,明确微循环恢复情况。结果在不同时间点,高原冻伤组伤口面积均明显大于普通冻伤组(P0.05)。空白对照组在各时间点微泡浓度均保持在约27×109个/ml水平。而高原冻伤组微泡浓度在伤后不同时间点均明显低于空白对照组和普通冻伤组(P0.05),普通冻伤组微泡浓度在伤后3、7、11、15、19天明显低于空白对照组(P0.05),但在伤后第23天与空白对照组比较已无明显差异(P0.05)。结论高原冻伤伤口血液微循环的恢复速度低于普通冻伤。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the difference of blood microcirculation recovery during wound healing between frostbite and frostbite at high altitude. Methods Twenty-four healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group, general frostbite group and high altitude frostbite group with 8 rats in each group. The normal frostbite group was treated with liquid nitrogen osmotic method to make the moderate frostbite model by controlling the freezing time. After 1 week of acclimation to hypoxia in the frostbite group, the model of frostbite at high altitude was made by the same method as that in the common frostbite group. After modeling, the wound area of each group was compared on the 3rd day, 111115 and 1923 days, then ultrasound was performed by injecting Sono Vue microbubbles into the tail vein of the rat, and the blood microcirculation of the wound was imaged, and the concentration of the microbubble was statistically analyzed by Image Pro software. Identify the recovery of microcirculation. Results at different time points, the wound area of frostbite group at high altitude was significantly larger than that of common frostbite group (P 0.05). The concentration of microbubbles in the blank control group remained at about 27 脳 109 / ml at all time points. However, the concentration of microbubbles in high altitude frostbite group was significantly lower than that in normal frostbite group and blank control group at different time points after injury. The microbubble concentration in general frostbite group was significantly lower than that in blank control group on the 3rd day after injury, and was significantly lower than that in blank control group on the 23rd day after injury. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion the recovery rate of blood microcirculation in frostbite wound at high altitude is lower than that in common frostbite.
