金匮肾气丸对运动中老龄大鼠肾功能的影响

【摘要】:1研究目的 通过对训练大鼠灌服金匮肾气丸,观察该中成药对运动训练中老年大鼠的肾脏功能指标变化的影响,探讨金匮肾气丸和运动对提高中老年大鼠肾功能的作用,为更好的指导中老年人健身提供科学依据。 2研究方法 选取雌性Wister老年大鼠80只将其随机分成8组,即对照组、安静服药组、20min运动组、40min运动组、60min运动组、20min运动服药组、40min运动服药组、60min运动服药组,并将10只6周龄大鼠作为青年组对照组。 运动组和运动服药组大鼠经8周跑台训练,安静服药组和运动服药组每天灌服一定剂量的金匮肾气丸液。8周后于相应时刻摘眼球取血后并取肾脏组织测定尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿酸、SOD、MDA。所有数据用SPSS17.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析和T检验,显著性水平为P0.05。 3实验结果 3.1血清中尿素氮的含量,服药组、40min运动组和40min运动服药组极显著低于对照组(P㩳0.01),青年组和20min运动组显著低于对照组(P㩳0.05),40min运动服药组显著低于20min运动服药组和60min运动服药组(P㩳0.05)。 3.2血清肌酐的含量,服药组显著低于对照组(P㩳0.05),青年组、40min运动组、40min运动服药组极显著低于对照组(P㩳0.01),40min运动服药组显著低于服药组(P㩳0.05),40min运动服药组极显著低于20min运动服药组和60min运动服药组(P㩳0.01)。 3.3血清尿酸的含量,安静服药组、40min运动组、20min运动服药组和40min运动服药组显著低于对照组(P㩳0.05),60min运动组显著高于对照组(P㩳0.05),青年组极显著低于对照组(P㩳0.01),20min运动组和40min运动组显著低于60min运动组(P㩳0.05),40min运动服药组显著低于60min运动服药组(P㩳0.05),20min运动组和40min运动组无明显差异(P0.05),20min运动服药组和40min运动服药组无明显差异(P0.05)。 3.4肾组织中SOD活性,青年组、40min运动服药组和60min运动服药组极显著高于对照组(P㩳0.01),安静服药组和20min运动服药组显著高于对照组(P㩳0.05),60min运动服药组显著高于60min运动组(P㩳0.05),40min运动服药组显著高于40min运动组(P㩳0.05)。 3.5肾组织中MDA的含量,青年组、安静服药组、20min运动服药组和40min运动服药组极显著低于对照组(P㩳0.01),40min运动组和60min运动组显著低于对照组(P㩳0.05),60min运动组显著高于20min运动组(P㩳0.05),60min运动组极显著高于40min运动组(P㩳0.01),20min运动服药组显著低于60min运动服药组(P㩳0.05),40min运动服药组极显著低于60min运动服药组(P㩳0.01)。 4结论 4.1金匮肾气丸和适量运动能够降低大鼠血清中尿素氮、肌酐和尿酸的含量,使老年大鼠肾小球的滤过功能提高,对肾保护有积极作用。 4.2金匮肾气丸和适量运动能够降低大鼠肾脏组织中MDA含量,提高肾脏组织中SOD的活性,抑制脂质过氧化,增强机体抗氧化能力。 4.3金匮肾气丸结合运动训练对于老年大鼠肾功能的保护,,较之单纯服药和单纯运动训练效果更加明显。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Jinkui Shenqi pills on the changes of renal function in middle-aged and aged rats during exercise training by taking Jinkui Shenqi pills in training rats. To explore the effect of Jinkui Shenqi pills and exercise on improving renal function in middle-aged and aged rats. Methods 80 female Wister aged rats were randomly divided into 8 groups, namely the control group. The control group consisted of 10 6-week-old rats in the control group, and 10 rats aged 6 weeks were used as the control group, and 10 rats in the control group were used as the control group, and 10 rats in the 6-week old group were used as the control group, and 10 rats in the 6-week-old group were used as the control group. Rats in exercise group and exercise medication group were trained by running platform for 8 weeks. Rats in quiet medication group and exercise medication group were given a certain dose of Jinkui Shenqi pills daily. After 8 weeks, blood was taken from eyeball and kidney tissue was taken to measure urea nitrogen and serum creatinine. MDAs. All the data were analyzed by single factor ANOVA and T test with SPSS 17.0 statistical software. The significant level of all data was P0.05.3 results 3.1 the content of urea nitrogen in serum. The serum creatinine levels in the 40 minutes exercise group and the 40min exercise group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The serum creatinine levels in the young group and the 20min group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The serum creatinine levels in the control group were significantly lower than those in the 20min exercise group and the 60min exercise group. The treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P 0.05), the young group was significantly lower than the control group (P 0.01) and the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05) and the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01). The level of P0. 01 was significantly lower in the control group than in the control group (P < 0 05). Conclusion 4.1 Jingui Shenqi pills and moderate exercise can reduce the urea nitrogen in the serum of rats. The contents of creatinine and uric acid increased the glomerular filtration function of aged rats and played a positive role in renal protection. 4.2 Jingui Shenqi pills and moderate exercise could decrease the content of MDA and increase the activity of SOD in renal tissue. 4.3 the protective effect of Jingui Shenqi pills combined with exercise training on the renal function of aged rats was more obvious than that of taking medicine alone and exercise training alone.
