    Using a two-chamber elastic reservoir model and the heart being model's input to study the sphygmogram. Estimate the significant physilogic parameters of the model and using these parameters as the characteristic value of pulse wave form.Comparison of the parameters before and after exercise had obtained good results and showed the model is quite valuable for pulse classification and analysis.

    作者采用双弹性腔模型,将心脏作为模型的输入信号,实验得到的桡动脉脉搏波作为模型的输出,利用系统辩识技术对脉象图进行客观化研究,从而估计出模型中有生理意义的参数;并用这些参数作为脉搏波的特征值。通过对运动前后参数变化的比较,得到有益的结果。

    An estimation scheme for the determination of several model parameters associated with two elastic chambers model of the human cardiovascular system has been proposed here.The scheme utilizes the identification method of output error algorithm with adjustable compensator to search for the change of model parameters on load.The physiological meanings of the model parameters are also studied in detail.

    提出了一种人体心血管系统双弹性腔模型的参数估计方法,应用该方法辨识出不同运动负荷下的模型多数变化,并从模型参数的变化规律与心血管系统的储备与调节中,对运动负荷下心血管功能状态作出评价。
