PNF技术联合核心稳定性训练对功能性踝关节不稳康复的影响

【摘要】:研究目的:观察PNF(Propriceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)技术联合核心稳定性训练对功能性踝关节不稳(Functionality Ankle Instability,FAI)患者康复的影响。研究方法:选取FAI患者20例,随机分为实验组(Experimental Group,EG)和对照组(Control Group,CG),每组10例。共进行12次康复训练,隔天进行一次。CG进行常规康复训练,踝关节肌力训练和本体感觉训练。EG进行PNF技术联合核心稳定性训练。采用Cumberland踝关节不稳定评价问卷(Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool,CAIT)、踝关节等速向心肌力测试、踝关节本体感觉测试、星形偏移平衡测试(Star Excursion Balance Text,SEBT)进行评定。研究结果:训练前两组CAIT评分、等速肌力测试、本体感觉测试、SEBT测试无显著性差异(P0.05);两组训练后CAIT评分和训练前比较均有非常显著性差异(P0.01),EG训练后CAIT评分和CG比较有显著性差异(P0.05);两组训练后踝关节等速肌力测试、本体感觉测试和训练前比较有显著性差异(P0.05),EG训练后踝关节等速肌力测试、本体感觉测试和CG比较无显著性差异(P0.05);EG训练后SEBT测试和训练前比较有显著性差异(P0.05),EG训练后SEBT测试在PLAT、POST、PMED、MED、AMED5个方向上和CG比较有显著性差异(P0。05),CG训练后SEBT测试和训练前比较无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:1.PNF技术联合核心稳定性训练可以促进FAI患者的康复,改善FAI患者踝关节的功能(肌力、本体感觉),并可以提高FAI患者下肢动态平衡能力。2.PNF技术联合核心稳定性训练比踝关节肌力训练结合本体感觉训练提升下肢动态平衡能力效果更加明显。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of PNFs combined with core stability training on the rehabilitation of patients with functional Ankle instability. Methods: twenty patients with FAI were randomly divided into experimental group (EG) and control group (CG) with 10 cases in each group. A total of 12 rehabilitation exercises were conducted. The routine rehabilitation training was performed once every other day. The ankle muscle strength training and proprioceptive training. EG were used for PNF combined core stability training. Cumberland Ankle instability tool test (Cumberland Ankle stability tool CAIT), ankle concentric muscle force test, ankle proprioceptive sensation test, star excursion balance test (SEBT) were used. Results: before training, two groups of CAIT score, isokinetic muscle strength test, There was no significant difference in proprioceptive test and SEBT test (P0.05); there was significant difference between the two groups after training (P0.01) and before training (P0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups after training (P0.05). There was a significant difference between proprioceptive test and pre-training (P0.05) ankle isokinetic muscle strength test after EG training. There was no significant difference between proprioceptive test and CG (P0.05) there was significant difference between SEBT test after EG training and before training (P0.05) SEBT test after EG training was significantly different from CG in five directions (P0.05) SEBT test and pre-training SEBT test after CG training were compared with CG (P0.05). There was no significant difference (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. PNF technique combined with core stability training can promote the recovery of FAI patients and improve the ankle function (muscle strength) in FAI patients. PNF technique combined with core stability training is more effective than ankle muscle strength training combined with proprioceptive training to improve lower limb dynamic balance ability.
