游泳运动对生长期大鼠棕色脂肪重量及PGC-1α的影响

【摘要】:目的:研究8周游泳运动对生长期大鼠棕色脂肪重量及棕色脂肪中PGC-1α的影响。方法:新生Sprague Dawley大鼠,随机分为对照组(1 w~8 w)和运动组(1 w~8 w),运动组进行8周游泳运动。两组均分批于每周日取材,称量体重,取肩胛部位的棕色脂肪称重,并测其PGC-1αm RNA水平及蛋白表达量。结果:1)随着周龄增长,运动组体重低于对照组,在5~8周有显著性差异;对照组棕色脂肪重量先增加后减少,运动组先增加后趋于稳定,两组相比,6~8周有显著性差异;2)PGC-1αm RNA和蛋白的表达趋势基本一致,在对照组中均表达较低,在运动组中表达较高,两组相比具有显著性差异。结论:游泳运动能抑制生长期后期大鼠棕色脂肪重量的下降,并促进PGC-1α高表达,导致适应性产热增多,这可能是游泳运动导致生长期大鼠体重降低的原因之一。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of swimming for 8 weeks on the weight of brown fat and PGC-1 伪 in brown fat of growing rats. Methods: newborn Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group (1 week, 8 weeks) and exercise group (1 week, 8 w), exercise group) for 8 weeks swimming. The body weight and brown fat of scapula were measured and the PGC-1 伪 m RNA level and protein expression were measured. Results: with the increase of week age, the body weight of exercise group was lower than that of control group, and there was significant difference at 5 ~ 8 weeks, the weight of brown fat in control group first increased and then decreased, while in exercise group it increased first and then stabilized. There was significant difference in the expression of PGC-1 伪 m RNA and protein between the two groups at 8 weeks. The expression of PGC-1 伪 m RNA and protein were lower in the control group and higher in the exercise group, and there was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: swimming exercise can inhibit the decrease of brown fat weight, promote the high expression of PGC-1 伪 and increase adaptive heat production, which may be one of the reasons for the weight loss of growing rats.
