活动期溃疡性结肠炎MSCT表现与Mayo评分的相关性

【摘要】：目的探讨多层螺旋CT肠道造影(CTE)在活动期溃疡性结肠炎病情评估中的价值。方法搜集46例溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床及CTE检查资料,对每例患者的CTE表现进行综合评分,分析CTE评分与Mayo评分的相关性。临床病情的严重程度采用改良Mayo评分系统,依据评分结果分成轻度、中度、重度三组。对三组间CTE的评分差异行统计学检验。结果 Mayo系统评分,46例中,轻度组10例,中度组17例,重度组19例。三组的CTE评分分别为4.9±2.3、7.6±2.6、10.9±2.0,各组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P0.01)。溃疡性结肠炎的CTE评分与改良Mayo评分两者之间呈线性正相关(相关系数0.835)。结论 CTE评分法可准确地评估活动期溃疡性结肠炎病情的严重程度。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT enterography (CTE) in the evaluation of active ulcerative colitis. Methods the clinical and CTE data of 46 patients with ulcerative colitis were collected. The CTE findings of each patient were evaluated and the correlation between CTE score and Mayo score was analyzed. A modified Mayo scoring system was used to evaluate the severity of the disease, which was divided into three groups: mild, moderate and severe. The differences of CTE scores among the three groups were tested statistically. Results of 46 cases with Mayo system score, 10 cases were mild group, 17 cases were moderate group and 19 cases were severe group. The CTE scores of the three groups were 4.9 卤2.3 卤7.6 卤2.6 卤10.9 卤2.0, respectively. The difference between the three groups was statistically significant (P0.01). There was a positive linear correlation between the CTE score and the modified Mayo score in ulcerative colitis (correlation coefficient 0.835). Conclusion CTE scoring method can accurately evaluate the severity of active ulcerative colitis.
