超声引导联合弹性成像技术在浅表淋巴结穿刺活检中的应用研究

【摘要】：目的综合分析超声引导(ultrasonic guidance)联合弹性成像技术(ultrasonic guidance)在浅表淋巴结穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法在2015年6月至2016年7月,选取在我院收治的76例淋巴结肿大合并恶性肿瘤患者临床资料作为研究对象,按照入院顺序随机分为实验组与对照组,每组均为38例。对照组应用常规超声引导下浅表淋巴结穿刺活检取样方法,实验组应用超声引导联合弹性成像技术浅表淋巴结穿刺活检取样方法。采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析两组患者的取样成功率和取样准确率。结果实验组患者的取样成功率和取样准确率显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论超声引导联合弹性成像技术浅表淋巴结穿刺活检中的应用价值比较高。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of ultrasound guided (ultrasonic guidance) combined with elastic imaging (ultrasonic guidance) in superficial lymph node biopsy. Methods from June 2015 to July 2016, 76 patients with lymphadenopathy and malignant tumor admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 38) and control group (n = 38). The control group was sampled by routine ultrasound guided superficial lymph node biopsy, and the experimental group by ultrasonic guidance combined with elastic imaging technique. SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the sampling success rate and sampling accuracy of the two groups. Results the sampling success rate and sampling accuracy of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided combined elastic imaging is of high value in superficial lymph node biopsy.
