【摘要】：正患者男,62岁,因"左侧腰部不适4个月"入院。高血压病史4年,查体及实验室检查未见异常。CT平扫见左侧腹膜后类圆形软组织肿块影,大小13.2cm×9.8cm,密度不均,中心有坏死,与左侧腰大肌分界不清,CT值19.7~42.9 HU。增强扫描动脉期病灶轻中度强化,CT值30.6~86.9 HU,瘤内与瘤周见粗大血管(图1A);门静脉期持续强化(图1B);延迟期扫描肿瘤实质成分趋于均匀,坏死区无强化(图1C)。左肾受压向
[Abstract]:The patient, 62 years old, was admitted to hospital because of left waist discomfort for 4 months. History of Hypertension for 4 years, body examination and laboratory examination showed no abnormality. Ct plain scan showed the left retroperitoneal round soft tissue mass, 13.2cm 脳 9.8 cm in size, uneven density, necrosis in the center, and left psoas major muscle was indistinct from the left psoas major muscle. The CT value was 19.7 ~ 42.9 HU.. The CT value of the lesions in arterial phase was 30.6 ~ 86.9 HU, (Fig. 1A), continuous enhancement in portal vein (Fig. 1B), homogenization of tumor parenchyma in delayed phase and no enhancement in necrotic region (Fig. 1C).
