年龄与性别对体循环大动脉及冠状动脉钙化的影响研究

【摘要】:目的探讨不同性别、不同年龄段体循环大动脉及冠状动脉钙化发生率及分布情况。方法选取2012年1月至2015年6月在该院行胸部、腹部或胸腹部CT的40岁及以上检查者3 814例,其中40~50岁1 412例,50~60岁1 962例,≥60岁440例。统计不同性别、不同年龄段检查者体循环大动脉及冠状动脉钙化发生率及钙化部位、数目。结果 40~60岁男性体循环大动脉、胸动脉、冠状动脉及腹部大动脉钙化检出率明显高于该年龄段女性,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);50~60岁检查者的体循环大动脉、胸动脉、冠状动脉及腹部大动脉钙化检出率明显高于40~50岁,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);40~50、50~60、≥60岁3个年龄段中男性体循环大动脉钙化、胸动脉、冠状动脉检出率高于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。胸主动脉钙化检出数目最多是主动脉弓,其次是胸部降主动脉,而钙化数目检出最少是升主动脉;男性下腹主动脉钙化数目最多,其次是中腹主动脉,女性中腹主动脉钙化数目最多,其次是下腹主动脉;不同年龄段检查者均为下腹主动脉钙化数目最多,其次是中腹主动脉,上腹主动脉钙化数目最少。结论年龄及性别均对大动脉及冠状动脉钙化发生率及数目产生影响,其腹部大动脉钙化最好发部位是中下腹主动脉,胸部是主动脉弓,对心血管疾病的发生有提示价值,应引起重视。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence and distribution of calcification of the aorta and coronary artery in different gender and age groups. Methods from January 2012 to June 2015, 3 814 CT patients aged 40 years or above were examined in our hospital, including 1 412 cases aged 4050 years old and 1 962 cases aged 50 to 60 years, and 440 cases aged more than 60 years. The incidence and number of calcification of great systemic circulation artery and coronary artery were calculated in different sex and age group. Results the positive rate of calcification of great systemic circulation artery, thoracic artery, coronary artery and abdominal artery in 40 ~ 60 years old male was significantly higher than that in this age group. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The positive rate of calcification of coronary artery and abdominal artery was significantly higher than that of 40 ~ 50 years old (P 0.05).
