不同驻地海军官兵足癣近3年流行病学调查分析

【摘要】:目的分析不同驻地海军官兵足癣近3a患病率、临床分型和致病菌种的分布情况。方法分别于2013、2014、2015年在4个海军驻地:北京、大连、宁波、三亚,随机选取600名官兵,对其足癣患病率、致病菌菌种及临床类型进行调查。结果 4个驻地海军官兵足癣的患病率仅在2013年具有统计学意义(P0.05),其中三亚驻地患病率为18.0%,高于其他3处;近3a北京、大连足癣患病率呈升高趋势(P0.05)。各驻地足癣致病菌菌种分布均以红色毛癣菌为主,须癣毛癣菌、犬小孢子菌、白念珠菌、絮状表皮癣菌其次。三亚、宁波驻地红色毛癣菌检出率70.1%、70.9%,高于北京、大连驻地的62.8%、56.5%(P0.05),而须癣毛癣菌检出率分别为12.9%、16.1%,低于北京、大连驻地的26.4%、26.3%(P0.05),絮状表皮癣菌检出率在三亚最高(P0.05),为1.9%。4个驻地官兵中水疱鳞屑型足癣患者构成比差异无统计学意义,三亚驻地浸渍糜烂型患者构成比为23.0%,高于其他3处(P0.05),而角化过度型患者构成比为20.3%,低于其他3处(P0.05)。结论北京、大连近3a足癣患病率呈升高趋势,4个驻地海军官兵足癣致病菌、临床类型有明显的差异。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prevalence, clinical classification and distribution of pathogenic bacteria of tinea pedis in different naval officers and soldiers in recent 3 years. Methods 600 officers and soldiers were randomly selected in Beijing, Dalian, Ningbo and Sanya in 2014 and 2015. The prevalence of tinea pedis, pathogenic bacteria and clinical types were investigated. Results the prevalence rate of tinea pedis in the four naval officers and soldiers was statistically significant only in 2013 (P0.05). The prevalence rate of tinea pedis in Sanya was 18.0, higher than that in the other 3 sites. The prevalence rate of tinea pedis in Beijing and Dalian increased in the past 3 years (P0.05). The major pathogenic bacteria of tinea pedis were Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton canis, Canis canis, Candida albicans and Trichophyton flocculata. In Sanya, Ningbo, the detection rate of Trichophyton rubrum was 70.1%, which was higher than that in Beijing and Dalian (62.8%, 56.5%, P0.05), while the detection rate of Trichophyton rubrum was 12.9%, 16.1%, lower than that in Beijing. The detection rate of Trichophyton flocculata was the highest in Sanya (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in the proportion of blister-scale tinea pedis in 1.9.4 resident officers and soldiers. The constituent ratio of the patients with immersion erosion in Sanya was 23.0, higher than that of the other 3 (P0.05), while that of the patients with hyperkeratosis was 20.3, lower than that of the other 3 (P0.05). Conclusion the prevalence rate of tinea pedis increased in Beijing and Dalian in recent 3 years, and the clinical types of tinea pedis were significantly different among the four naval officers and soldiers.
