心脏疲劳家兔实验模式的研究

【摘要】:高强度体力活动能导致心脏疲劳已被多数研究者所公认。但还存在若干尚待解决的问题,特别是运动诱发的心脏疲劳(EICF)和运动诱发的心肌损伤(EICD)的区分,需要增加新指标进行心脏疲劳的综合评估。进行家兔力竭游泳中加入心脏功能变化新指标实验模式的研究,以便为以后心脏疲劳的综合评估的研究提供基础。提出建立家兔心脏疲劳实验模式,设立力竭游泳致死实验组,,通过分析力竭前、力竭即刻、死亡时间点的发现来揭示EICF和EICD的表现;选用新西兰白兔(NZW)进行多轮负重游泳实验,达到力竭状态,观察运动应激后第1心音对第二心音幅值比值(S1/S2)和心率(HR)的变换趋势以及24h后是否能恢复。NZW负重游泳实验中,S1/S2和HR在运动应激初期上升,在力竭状态时下降,24h后恢复。负重过重的实验导致2只实验动物死亡,观察到负荷过重和死亡前的一些新现象。用新西兰白兔多轮负重游泳实验模式有助于观察和研究心脏疲劳和心脏性死亡先兆。心脏疲劳的研究不但有益于运动员的选拔、训练和参赛安排,并有益于高强度作业人员如救火人员和高强度军事作业人员心脏功能的检测,还能施益于病人和一般人群的心脏功能评估。
[Abstract]:High-intensity physical activity can lead to cardiac fatigue has been recognized by most researchers. However, there are still some problems to be solved, especially the distinction between exercise-induced cardiac fatigue (EICF) and exercise-induced myocardial injury (EICD). In order to provide a basis for the comprehensive evaluation of cardiac fatigue in rabbits, the experimental model of adding new indexes of heart function change in exhaustive swimming of rabbits was studied in order to provide a basis for the comprehensive evaluation of cardiac fatigue in the future. The experimental model of rabbit heart fatigue was established, and the experimental group of exhaustion swimming was set up to reveal the manifestation of EICF and EICD by analyzing the discovery of the time points of death before exhaustion, immediately after exhaustion and at the time of death. New Zealand White Rabbit (NZW) was used to carry out multi-round weight-bearing swimming experiment. To observe the change trend of the ratio of the first heart tone to the second heart sound amplitude (S1/S2) and heart rate (HR) after exercise stress and whether it can recover after 24 hours. S1/S2 and HR increased in the early stage of exercise stress in NZW weight-bearing swimming experiment. It decreased in exhaustion state and recovered after 24 hours. Two experimental animals were killed by overloading, and some new phenomena were observed before and after overloading. It is helpful to observe and study cardiac fatigue and cardiac death precursor by using New Zealand White Rabbit multi-wheel weight-bearing swimming model. The study of cardiac fatigue is beneficial not only to the selection, training and competition arrangement of athletes, but also to the detection of heart function of high-intensity workers such as firefighters and high-intensity military workers. It can also benefit the assessment of heart function in patients and the general population.
