新疆维吾尔族正常(牙合)青少年颅面结构的X线头影测量研究

【摘要】:目的:建立新疆维吾尔族正常牙合青少年颅面软硬组织X线头影测量均值和标准差,并探讨其性别差异以及同性别维吾尔族、汉族、哈萨克族青少年颅面软硬组织结构的民族差异,从而验证维尔族、汉族、哈萨克族青少年颅面测量值有差异的假设。方法:对3380名新疆乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族中小学生进行普查,从中选取正常牙合青少年84名(男41例,女43例,年龄在12~18岁,平均年龄15.4岁),拍摄牙尖交错位时头颅定位侧位片,并用北京医科大学口腔正畸科提供的头颅测量软件(华正头影测量软件)进行定点和分析。结果:1)得到了新疆维吾尔族正常牙合青少年颅面软硬组织头影测量分析均值和标准差,统计学分析表明,维吾尔族男女青少年除前颅底(S-N)和后颅底长度(S-Ar)以外的所有骨性和牙性结构测量值均无统计学差异,但软组织结构除S1-LL外都存在显著的统计学差异。2)与同性别汉族青少年比较,维吾尔族青少年除ANB,H角,MP/FH(男),Z角(男),SNA(女),OP/SN(女),MP/SN(女)(P>0.05)无统计学差异外,其余测量项目均有统计学差异。3)与同龄同性别哈萨克族比较,维吾尔族青少年除L1/MP, L1/NB, Pg-NB, OP/SN, MP/SN, SNB(女)无统计学差异外,其余的测量项目均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:维吾尔族男性青少年的前颅底和后颅底长度以及上下唇突度均大于女性青少年,与同龄同性别汉族及哈萨克族青少年比较,维吾尔族青少年的牙弓突度小,,上下切牙直立,颏部较突,髁状突位置较靠前,呈Ⅲ类面型特征,具有明显的民族特征。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the mean value and standard deviation of cephalometric measurements of craniofacial soft and hard tissue in Xinjiang Uygur adolescents with normal occlusal, and to explore the gender difference and the same sex Uygur and Han nationality. The differences of craniofacial soft and hard tissue structure among Kazakh adolescents were verified by the hypothesis that there were differences in craniofacial measurements among the adolescents of the Weier nationality, Han nationality and Kazakh nationality. Methods: a total of 3380 Uygur primary and middle school students in Urumqi, Xinjiang, were investigated and 84 normal occlusion adolescents (41 males and 43 females, aged 1218 years with an average age of 15.4 years) were selected. The lateral position of the head was taken in the interlaced position of the cusp, and the fixed point and analysis were performed with the head measurement software provided by the Department of Orthodontics, Beijing Medical University (Huazheng cephalometric software). Results: 1) the average value and standard deviation of cephalometric analysis of craniofacial soft and hard tissue in Xinjiang Uygur normal adolescents were obtained. There was no significant difference in bone and tooth structure between male and female Uygur adolescents except for the anterior skull base (S-N) and posterior skull base length (S-Ar). But there were significant statistical differences in soft tissue structure except S1-LL. 2) compared with Han nationality adolescents of the same sex, Uygur adolescents had significant differences except ANB,H angle, MP/FH (male), Z angle (male), SNA (female), OP/SN (female), male), Z angle (male), SNA (female), OP/SN (female). There was no statistical difference in MP/SN (female) (P > 0. 05), but there were statistical differences in other measurement items. 3) compared with Kazakh of the same age and gender, Uygur adolescents except L1 / MPP, L1 / NB, Pg-NB, OP/SN,. There was no statistical difference in MP/SN, SNB (female), but there was statistical difference in other items (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: the length of anterior skull base and posterior skull base and the degree of upper and lower lip protrusions of male Uygur adolescents are larger than those of female adolescents. Compared with Han nationality and Kazak adolescents of the same age, Uygur adolescents have lower dental arch protrusions. The upper and lower incisors are erect, the chin is protruding and the condyle position is forward.
