低剂量CT扫描对早期肺癌诊断的临床应用价值

【摘要】：目的探讨使用低剂量CT扫描对早期肺癌诊断的临床应用价值。方法选取我院2014年11月—2016年12月期间接诊并最后经手术观察及病理切片检查分期确诊为早期肺癌的79例患者作为研究对象,确诊前所有患者均进行X线胸片和低剂量CT扫描检查,再分别和病理金标准相比较,观察对比两组患者早期肺癌检出率。结果低剂量CT扫描检查早期肺癌检出率明显高于X线胸片检查(P0.05)。结论低剂量CT扫描筛查早期肺癌检出率较高,具有良好的临床诊断应用价值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of low-dose CT scan in early diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods from November 2014 to December 2016, 79 patients with early lung cancer diagnosed by surgical observation and pathological examination were selected as the study objects. All the patients were examined with chest X-ray and low dose CT before the diagnosis, and compared with the pathological gold standard, the detection rate of early lung cancer was observed and compared between the two groups. Results the detection rate of early lung cancer in low dose CT scan was significantly higher than that in chest radiography (P 0.05). Conclusion the detection rate of early lung cancer screening by low dose CT scan is high and has good clinical diagnostic value.
