乳腺硬化性腺病的X线及超声特征分析

【摘要】：正乳腺硬化性腺病(clerosing adenosis,SA)是乳腺腺病的后期表现,约占乳腺肿物的1.3%~2%,病理以小叶内结缔组织增生为主,目前病因不明,可能与雌激素刺激上皮增生有关[1],该病发生浸润性乳腺癌的风险为健康人的1.5~2倍[2]。目前,SA影像学表现缺乏其特征性的征象,易误诊为乳腺癌等疾病,术前诊断率较低。本研究通过回顾性分析在我院经手术确诊为SA患者的X线及超声声像表现,探讨SA的影
[Abstract]:Positive mammary gland sclerosing adenosis (clerosing adenosis,SA) is the late manifestation of mammary gland adenosis, accounting for about 1.3% of mammary gland mass. It may be associated with estrogen stimulating epithelial hyperplasia [1], the risk of invasive breast cancer is 1.5 times as high as that of healthy people [2]. At present, SA imaging features lack of its characteristic signs, easy to be misdiagnosed as breast cancer and other diseases, the preoperative diagnosis rate is low. In this study, X-ray and ultrasound findings of patients with SA diagnosed by operation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and the image of SA was discussed.
