[Abstract]:The positive effects of positive exercise on human health have been confirmed in many ways, and the effects of exercise on prevention and treatment of obesity, metabolic diseases and cardiovascular diseases are well known. However, the benefits of sports may go far beyond that. Recently, researchers from the Laboratory of Xinqiao Hospital of the third military Medical University and the Microbiology Teaching and Research Department of the third military Medical University conducted a study and found that Moderate exercise may also play a positive role in health by improving the intestinal flora. In this study, 200 volunteers with moderate exercise and 200 controls with lack of exercise were recruited and their feces were sampled.
