胸部CT平扫、灌注成像对中央型肺癌诊断及分型的价值
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical value of chest CT plain scan and perfusion imaging in the diagnosis and classification of central lung cancer. Methods: 86 patients with central lung cancer admitted from January 2016 to December 2017 were studied for chest CT and perfusion imaging. The results of scanning and imaging were compared with pathological diagnosis and classification. Results: the results of chest CT showed that the lesions of soft tissue density in the hilar area of the lung were lumpy or massive, with irregular edges and spurs or lobes. CT plain scan combined with perfusion imaging showed 51 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 28 cases of adenocarcinoma. The diagnostic accuracy was 91.86% (79 / 86). In perfusion imaging, the enhancement peak of squamous cell carcinoma was 22.1 卤6.3, significantly higher than that of adenocarcinoma 28.6 卤7.1 (P0.05). Conclusion: chest CT plain scan and perfusion imaging can be used to observe the pathological changes in patients with central lung cancer, and the accuracy of classification is high. It has reference value for early diagnosis and classification of central lung cancer. It has the significance of clinical application.
