跟痛症发病机制新见解与治疗策略

【摘要】：正1概述跟痛症(Plantar heel pain)是运动系统常见的临床疾病,发病率高达10%,多发生于40~70岁的中老年人,男性多于女性,男女比例约2:1,影响人类生活质量的重要疾病[1,2]。跟痛症患者典型症状表现为足底内侧跖腱膜止点至跟骨内侧结节压痛,活动后加重,严重影响患者生活质量和行走功能。跟痛症的治疗由于其病因多样,发病机制不明,多种学说并存,所以治疗方法
[Abstract]:Positive 1 Summary of calcaneal pain (Plantar heel pain) is a common clinical disease of the motor system, with an incidence of up to 10%, most of which occur in the 40-70-year-old elderly, with more men than women, and the ratio of men to women is about 2 per cent. Important diseases affecting human quality of life [1, 2]. The typical symptoms of the patients with calcaneal pain were tenderness from plantar medial plantar aponeurosis to medial calcaneal tubercle, aggravation after exercise, which seriously affected the quality of life and walking function of the patients. The treatment of calcaneal pain is due to its various pathogeny, unknown pathogenesis and coexistence of various theories.
