【摘要】：正关于青少年前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)断裂是否要进行手术治疗,以及手术治疗是否会造成下肢发育异常等问题一直存在较大争议。本综述通过对国内外有关青少年ACL治疗的研究类、综述类、系统综述类及Meta分析类文章的总结,对青少年ACL损伤的保守和手术治疗、重建术式、移植物选择、再断率及安全性进行分析。据一项长达5年的研究报告,ACL断裂在骨骺未闭
[Abstract]:There has been much controversy about whether (anterior cruciate ligament,ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) rupture should be treated surgically and whether surgical treatment will lead to abnormal development of lower extremities. This review summarizes the research, review, systematic review and Meta analysis on the treatment of adolescent ACL at home and abroad, the conservative and surgical treatment of ACL injury in adolescents, the reconstruction type, and the selection of grafts.
